Being a OIF vet and with 17 yrs to date in the Army, I have the invasion star on the hood (painted) and a pair of blank dog tags hanging in the rear view for all that will never come home.

I like seeing anything that shows proud Americans still live in this great country.

Just something simple.. But the one decal that always means the most is supporting our brothers and sisters in arms, fallen or wounded.

However, this really wouldn't be enough. I would need to make my fiance put on a road guard vest and kevlar and walk in front of me as a ground guide any time I drove around the neighborhood. As it turned out, this was not that popular of an idea in my household? What can I say. Girls are weird.
Haha, you "played the game" so much, you miss it. I feel ya.

I had to spray mine on, but I do agree that they look cool. I don't mind military themed Jeeps at all, but I can see where specific Badges or Unit Patches would be over the top. There are less than 20 Master Divers in the Army, so if I saw another one with someone I didn't know driving it, I would find that uncool.

I want to put a China/Burma/India patch on mine for my grandfather's service in WWII. I'm just not sure if a colored version or subdued...

I say subdued if you have a flat color on jeep. Otherwise full color looks nice.
