Wheeler Dealers - Willys MB

I've like watching Wheeler Dealers...yeah it's British but you can still pick up tips watching ol' Edd do his repairs, and besides having lived overseas I enjoy poking around to see what other countries work on. Yeah, I'll even admit it I dated an English gal and ended up picking up the habit of drinking tea. Anyhoos, they did an episode where they came to the US, purchased a Willys, shipped it back and fixed it up then took it to a WWII re-enactment event before selling it on.

For those interested the episode link:

It is the whole episode, but it does it in 10 minute blocks...so every now and then you have to click "skip advertisement".

I always thought it would be sweet to own/restore one but my current JK is demanding mods , to those who keep these epic icons up and running I salute you!

Cheers!

It is a good show. I like how they pronounce aluminum.

True...that's a hoot. Course I still have yet to figure out how a hood is called a "bonnet". Always think of some 1880s lady when they reference it.

Absolutely love the show, especially Edd, but he needs a stylist...

True...his hair is wild. Then again, I could just be jealous since I don't have any

I've been watching Wheeler Dealers for a year or so and love the show. Not being mechanically inclined the show has given me confidence to tackle some small jobs. Ed is the man. He creates custom vehicles for movies and I think he has an engineering degree.
