That's the same reason I bought these. I have no problems with mine and they are 100 times better than stock. I highly recommend them. I can find many other things to spend that kind of money on, other than truck lites.

Do you mind providing a link to exactly what you got?

Thanks!

So I'm kinda stuck on my next mod. To recap things, I have a TF 2.5" lift, ProComp 7069 alloys and 35x12.5x17 Goodyear Wrangler MT's w/ Kevlar, the Maximus-3 front winch plate with light brackets and winch mount plus I currently have the Maximus-3 rear tire carrier on order. I'm missing a winch and lights for the front and a shovel and hi lift jack for the back. I would like to complete this setup but I have other things that I would really like to add.

I don't think I'm going to put on a new front and rear bumper anytime soon because of the setup I already have and I'm happy with it for now. I think I'm stuck between a Gobi rack which I would really like to have because of all the versatility it will provide me and finishing off the front and rear. I'm really into camping and throwing a whole bunch of gear on top of the Jeep and in the back would be great.

Which route should I take giving the info provided? The Gobi rack or finish off the front and rear for about the same price? Any and all help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

When I have trouble deciding between mods I try and pick whichever is more functional/useful first. It sounds like with what you mentioned the Gobi rack would serve you better first.

I just went through the same thing deciding between either a winch or gussets and ball joints. I went with the gussets/joints

Good luck deciding.

I think that's what I'm going to do. Been thinking about it for a while. Thanks for the input.

Thank you very much. I appreciate it a lot. I'm planning on building this thing as more of an expedition vehicle and will never see the rocks. It will be a slow process but it's happening one step at a time.

Ordered some SurpriseStrap Paracord grab handles today. One to two week delivery, but it has been a while since the last upgrade, so I am excited.

Nice, I'm using the ones that came with the Jeep from the factory but this might be of some interest once I get all the expensive stuff out of the way. I'm trying to get all that stuff done first, and the things that are an absolute must for the upcoming summer.

Just ordered some N-FAB Wheel to wheel steps. I took off the factory Rubicon rock rails and don't really plan on putting them back on. My Jeep is not going to be a rock crawler, so what the point? Plus these will be a lot more functional for my use. Still waiting on my Maximus-3 Rear Tire carrier as well. Pics to come once installed.

Admin, if I want to edit previous posts in my thread, why can't I do it? I noticed when I post something new I can edit it after posting but I came back a couple days later and can't change anything. Whats the reason for this? Just wondering. Thanks.

Rear tire carrier installed. There is a little rattle and some fine tuning to do but overall pretty pleased.
