Thanks.

The tire carrier bolts in 1/4" plate on bottom it is formed around the rear tub storage so I keep pull strap an jumper cables there.
Has 6 bolts on bottom and Im doing flanges where it goes to the roll bar.
All the work is bolt in and easily remove able to put the top back on.
No wiggles, and solid design.

Lifted the jeep another 1.5" finally got it where I want...

Did locker over ride so I can control front or rear seperatly and 4hi if needed as well as rear in 2hi.

Made spring retainers front and rear to hold the springs in so I can now relocate shock mounts...

Went ahead and extended the side armor down to roll the line like my 2dr kinda cj style. Will match up with the cj style grill cut.
Haven't decided if I'm going to do fenders or bolt on fenders to the new plate.... will finish grinding and painting tomorrow.
Did rotors, brakes as well...

Well just by looking at quality of the flares and the amount of work you put into them they would be out of my price range for my budget build

But they look better then any others I've seen

So made some rear lower control arm mount pockets to cut 1.5" off bottom and move shock up while adding a skid.

I can make em with bolt holes but did side cutouts on mine to to go around the bolt and reduce e weight since the rear control arm bracket is still what's welded to axle...

The small cut out parts are for front shock relocation brackets they take shock out 1.5" up 1.3" and rotate the shock end 90*.

So tomorrow is cutting day and all the mounts will be redone and modified...then adjust bumps and go put it on the wall for flex and check. Getting it dialed for the 16th annual superstition run this month...

Have a spare rear axle sitting here so started making stuff on it....

Went with a warn due to price....

Snagged a warn xd9000i last night for $220 from a guy, been used a hand full of times literally no dirt or rust anywhere and works perfect so figured I'd go for it.
It was chipped paint here and there so it got sanded and resprayed' charcoal with transparent orange to match jeep.
Btw warn paint chips pretty easily...

Did lower control arm mounts and shock mounts

Just need to figure out the rear a bit more may go into tub now with longer shocks at some point. It pulls a front tire 43" same as the red jeep and when relocating the front shock the front will have more but the rear needs a bit of fine tuning (down travel.)...so after work and weekends I'll fiddle with it...
Didn't think to look but I'd guess it was the gas tank and driveshaft making contact keeping it from swing in out more...took it to the end and it would drop and touch when I stood on tire with no wheels lifting at all...that would explain it...so need a smaller diamer aftermarket drive shaft.

Lower 13 claimed 4 rigs axle snapped, 2 bjsted driveshaft and ?else

I Blew a shock, axle seal, smoked a front axle amount, damn near punched a hole in oil pan and transmission pan ,hammered the armor an almost laid it over 2 times.....dented the rear tub even with armor, crushed the door surround and all most broke the rear glass out of door.

Went back and did a night run on it had to strap and tow 2 rigs out....1 busted 1 unprepared and that was on upper 13 not the really nasty section.....we got back to camp just now 2:30am....

LOVE THIS TRAIL. A lot more mellow than last year but still solid.....

I did not think it was possible to bend a front shaft itself ?

Its bent lol...u-joints are still good but it has a angle that binds at same exact spot pulled it checked the joints and all good but it wobbles to a high spot...lol
Rotated it and yep its bent...

I've got 2 nasty gouged dents in oil pan and transmission pan plus landed on almost everything under the jeep on rocks...
