Added a welding table out of scrap, buddy gave me a drill press for some welding, added a tube notcher to a new stand for my bender, added a jd2 #32 bender to the mix, and got all the fittings and hard line for my hydro assist...will do a ram and lines with filter/reservoir in a week or so...
Thanks guys....going to pop out some doors and fenders VIA big brown today then do poison spyder rocker guards and remove my slides reinforce the PS ones underneath and weld on so e slider tubes and foot perch to them....should be light and solid....as well as keep the higer sides like I have while cleaning it up li,e my 2 door...except I made those...
Went wheeling and put the hurt down pretty bad on the sliders...held just fine but actually gashed the steel pretty deep on some areas...the rocks were solid on a few parts of the trail...
Smashed my muffler almost in 1/2 , list front driveshaft (dented and gouged), ripped the front part of my gas tank skid through and mashed the cross member up into exhaust and all most into the tranny skid...was a GREAT DAY!!!!!
We Machined out some 17-4 stainless high misalignment spacers to 5/8" for Tracbar !replaced front 9/16th to 5/8
Then made a harness bar from some 4130 chromoly .084 3/16th chromoly plate SUPER light and strong...used 1.5" instead of 1.75 that rock hard uses,
. Got a buddy with the rock hard one and this is ALOT lighter. Not some need to do a couple things still then I'll eventually do a full cage.

So yeah... if you're not going to do a job right, either because you're just to lazy or you're don't know how... then yeah, don't touch it, because then someone has to clean up the freaking mess you made.
Got a little more done to the cage tonight. Notched the sound bar to fit back tomorrow night I'll start running some upper horizontals over rear section and a "V" on the bar behind the seats....then start the front section it'll tie in 4-6 places on body and or urethane hinges on frame...
Fits like a glove, I'll start the front windshield section in a few days....
Oops....lol Sheared the top ball joint ripped the bottom one out axle is in 10 pieces not including caps, C's are bent at end, bent C gusset.... So now to find a donor d30 axle and cut the c off of it and rebuild that side.... 2 warn 9k winches a 4x4 chained to that side like a ski, and pulled shaft out hit the lockers and took 4 hours to get it 40yards to the flat bed.... Was a good day/night....lol jeep is a total beast...won't quit.
