BRUT4CE JKU Build

So I chopped the frame on my 4dr like my red 2 Dr and this time I capped the ends being I am not extending the wheelbase....

Slapped internal gussets on sides and caps so it can land and slide on the outer edges without crushing...

Started my front bumper, it will have a winch fairlead mounted to the front as well as d-rings sticking through the front plate. Deciding on a stinger or leave it...

I copied the lower design of my PS bfh for simplicity but changed a couple items more...

Started my CJ grill cut as well...chopped 3"+ off the front of the frame to accommodate a better approach angle.
Bumper has 3 gussetts in the lower section and is solid ready for the rocks....It will be dialed when I get the winch to fill it in the light bar and do a couple more custom goodies to it....

And of course you can see the grill chopped here I need to do some finish work and some flush mount led turn signals...

Yeah the back bumper came out perfect the front is still not quite finished. Might chop center down and do a stinger or Integrate stinger with current height.

Thanks guys it should be undergoing 3/4 link setup with bypass shocks and hydraulic bumps sooner than later. Then sit semi still for a bit and do d60 14 bolt at some point...
Looking to relocate gas tank to under tire and shocks up inside rear section.

All plans hopefully transpire but time and life happen...lol. I need to win the lottery...

wanted the front end cover in for canyons and crawling so went with a 3" wide flat fender to match the width of my sliders and rear armor tubes...

Not finished but did this in a couple hours today so finish tomorrow.

Did driver side and painted em....will do all reinforcing tomorrow and possibly side plates to protect the area in front of door...

Now this is what I wanted for the front to be doved in and minimal width for canyons and notches...I rip the front fenders off on a regular basis....

Buddy got me a max ax so I mounted it on the roll bar and made some bars and riveted ot to the inside wall behind seats.....
Used a bolt with rubber bushing and a lug nut with the small center sleeve to center axe and push down keeping it centre and not wallowing out square hole or rattling....
Lower is bracket with pin going through handle at end with lock on it.
