Can you start a Flickr account and post your pics that way?? Flickr now allows for 1TB storage. And it might make for a nice "container" for all your jeep pics...

I think that link works. I used a Christmas gift card on Amazon and got a new MOPAR tinted window replacement kit for $244 not bad. They should arrive sometime this week along with the Nfab step rails.

Well I think my next purchase will either be the rear bumper & tire carrier with a 3rd brake light attachment & I'm sure I'll end up talking myself into the backup camera...

By the way I threw on some additional random pictures in my photo bucket that I've liked over the year through my build that have inspired me. Some are friends, some are from the internet.

Ha, nothing! SShhhhh, my wallet needs a break! i did get this tweet from AEV tho, "@JaysGolf Glad you love the lift! Non-functional h/r hoods were manufactured at the request of Chrysler for their special edition Wranglers" just as i suspected

the AEV 2.5", yes, they are the stock BFG 255/75r17. only have 18k on them cant justify buying new/bigger until its necessary.

I'm also doing the AEV 2.5 lift as well. I actually like the stock BFGs at the moment. I'm most likely going with new AEV Savegre wheels and 35s. I may put cheaper all terrain tires on my Rubi Stock wheels and use them for winter wheels. Who knows! Good luck with the Jeep!

I don't have any regrets on the Savegre wheels. You see Pintlers all over but not as much the Savegres. Solid, mean looking wheel IMO. Not a bad idea for winter tires, I sold mine for a decent price.

Stupid economic move by Chrysler. Since when has Jeep pushed for looks rather than functionality of the vehicle. I understand the new interior styles but exterior functional is another thing.

according to whoever i was tweeting with at AEV, they had heated, contentious arguments about it. AEV, understandably, didn't was to portray their equipment as non-functional, but i guess Chrysler didnt think it would sell.

i THINK the MW3's that were "prizes" had all "functional" AEV parts though.

The non vented hood (my moab) was prone to flutter at highway speed.

Hey guys, I suggest checking out "JGK200 Rubitrux/AEV Build" He just dropped a butt load of $$ on a sweet build. I think If it wasn't for the Commando Green I would have gone with a silver color. Looks sharp!

Nice build! Loving the AEV 2.5 with 34's! Any regrets with the setup? How firm is the ride?

Hey, sorry I've been MIA. Thanks, I'm loving it & not having any regrets. MPG didn't get any better but I saw that coming. It rides better than stock. Much smoother too. I don't feel it got any looser by any means.

Thanks bud! I'm loving it. I'm looking forward to seeing your future mods.

I'm excited to say that I'm finally branching out and trying out an event with a local jeep club, Derby City Jeep Club this month on the 26th. They are hosting a Mud Madness event, should be a great time to test out the jeep & meet some new people.

I believe we both ordered the same step rails for our rigs. The NFAB ones, right? Anyways, mine have shipped already and I live in freaking AK. I ordered through northridge. Who did you order through? Great looking Jeep btw!
