My dad and I just finished building her this morning.only two negatives, the tf tire carrier squeaks(its soo annoying, was I suppose to put the tire flush against the carrier?)and I have to trim the bushwacker flares, for some reason they have a huge pinch seam that rubs on my tires on even small bumps! I do love the way she turned out,height/stance is perfect for me!

Ok...the verdict!I adjusted the tf tire carrier and no more squeaks(it's perfect!)!The bushwacker flats need to be trimmed!bush flats are the only thing rubbing my tires on bumps(really annoying)in the rear pinch seam(too much extra plastic pinch seam on the bushwackers for 37" gy mtr and a 2.5 lift but other than that I have more than enough uptravel,I do love the way they look/after the first fender...they become much easier to install),front adjustable arms and rear adjustable arms just don't seem
necessary on such a minimal 2.5" tf coil lift(any more than a 2.5" lift with 37" tires and flat fenders just create too much open space above the tires in my opinion).the wheels are pretty centered in the wheel well,if the trim for some reason doesn't work...I'll get rear arms but it just doesn't seem like I'll have to?).do not lose any parts on the bushwacker flats, for some reason they ONLY give you the EXACT amount of push pins/hardware etc...????vdp bump caps look better in person and I installed them in under 15 minutes.the metalcloak rear 72" bumper is expensive but you do realise the quality in fit/finish,also...it was soo simple to mount and hiiiiighly indestructible(I would feel bad for anyone or any thing that would run in to the back of me,really heavy duty/simple/clean lines(they included extra parts)...I was always against heavy bumpers but these are too cool/simple/beefy looking for me to pass up!).the method wheels with 4.75 backspacing rub NOWHERE on my jku even at full lock in front with such a small lift!the 37x12.5r17 gy mtr are quite quiet on the road and either it's them or my tf 2.5" coil lift that make my rubicon ride smoother than stock(even riding around 5" taller or more in total height than stock)?the finish on the method wheels are top notch and they came wrapped very well(with a tire "hair net"?).i forgot to add...my rock/step rails are smittybilt(shorter in the back than stock rubicon rails(to fit larger tires),I love them since they come straight out/don't hang down).i use to love my tank rubi but now I'm infatuated with her!!!!she is perfect to me/exactly what I had envisioned.

I just installed the Bushwacker fender flairs this past weekend. 2.5" lift with 35. The Jeeps pinch seam needs trimming. Don't know where you are referring to on the flairs. I cut about 1" off the rock rail and pinch seam. Before and after pics:

The bushwacker pinch seam is really close with a 2.5" lift and 37" tires but after I trimmed it...it's perfect! I think it's suppose to hold the inners held in place but the pinch seam actually stuck out more than a half ince for no reason?i could've just used rear adjustable arms but when any lift uses uptravel...the tire goes back in to its original position which would make it too close to the back fenders,I can't get it to rub at all now and when I flex her out...she now goes back to where she needs to be in the Center of the wheel well! I couldn't be happier, other flats may not have this pinch seam needing to be trimmed but I love the closest to stock plastic break away fenders with turn signals look! I really love her height/stance and would do it all the same way if I had to do it all over again!

The pinch seam on the rear bushwackers almost looks/suggests if you look at the inlay curve that they are suppose to be behind the tire completely?for anyone to place the tire ahead of that pinch seam completely...you would probably need less than 2" of backspacing wheels and any jku would look like it was a dune buggy?

I run 37s with Bushwackers and had rubbing issues too. I have adjustable control arms that were already 1/2" longer than stock screwed all the way in. I needed to adjust out another 1/2" to get proper clearance without rubbing even after I trimmed the pinch seams. It was great just driving around but when I was offroad and flexed one side up while the other side droops it would put the tire into the seam again. Extended a total of 1" I have about 3/8" at the tightest point now when I jack the axle through it's travel (with no springs in).

You look tight in your pic... I might get it on stands, pop out the springs and jack the axle through the travel one side at a time and see what happens if you have the time.

BTW.... The Jeep looks GREAT!!
