looks like you should be pretty happy with that suspension

how do you like the trail doors? I enjoy riding doorless, but my girlfriend is not on the same page.

Thank you, I really like the doors, has that complete open feeling while also giving you the feeling of extra protection. It also helps keep stuff inside the jeep that may slide around.

Wife is even thinking of puttin a pair on her jeep

I finished the install of the newly released on board air system from Air Werkz (www.airwerkz.com) This system consists of a 3 gal. Air tank, and either 1 or 2 VIAIR 400C compressors, and all the fittings and hoses to install it. The unique thing about this new kit it's that it comes with a newly designed mounting system that places all the components under the jeep. It mounts between the drive shaft and the exhaust resonator and attaches to the frame mount of the Evap resivor and the forward cross member. Additional options are available like air gauge, adapter fitting for SPod, hoses etc. The install is relatively simple and only requires drilling one hole for mounting the system, one to mount the Q/C air fitting and basic wrenches. However plan on a good 1/2 day + to complete the installation.

I did a complete installation right up here http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/air...nk-259500.html

Close up

This is a great system, it runs to 150psi in no time and fills the tank then shuts off. I have not had a chance to get out and air down yet but I will report back with my findings as soon as I do.

Looks good DF. Now you just need a skid to protect it. Maybe from Steel Lizard. I heard he does great work.

Added Power Tank Monster Valves to the jeep and trailer rims.

First I have to say these are indeed MONSTER valves. They are great quality and work by turning the red ring to release the air from the tire once their installed.they come with the gold cap/valve stem removal tool.

They were each individually wrapped, this showing 5 of the 7 that I ordered.

Installation takes about 5 mins per tire. To begin, I jacked the tire up off the ground and rotated it so the existing valve stem was facing up. I installed my valves opposite of the existing valve stem. You can place them almost anywhere on the rim that you chose.

I then measured where I wanted the MV to mount on the rim, center punched it and begin drilling. I kept 30 psi in the tire to plow the drill filings out of the rim. I was able to drill the complete hole just before running out of air.

Using a 1/4 NPT tap, I used a piece of tap to set the depth of the threads when taping.

I hooked up an air line to the tire and ran continual air into the tire while I taped it, again to keep the metal fillings out of the inside of the tire.

Next I put pipe thread sealing tape on the valve and removed the gold cap and the red deflating ring to install the valve.

Name:	image-2356825192.jpg
Views:	340
Size:	206.3 KB

Next I hand thread the valve into place and then used a 9/16 deep socket to install the valve.

Name:	image-3411037975.jpg
Views:	357
Size:	206.0 KB
ID:	291425

I then replaced the deflating ring, installed the power tank air gauge to the factory valve stem and the power tank monster inflated to the valve and inflated it to 50 psi to check for leaks.

After verifying that there were no leaks, I then opened the red deflator ring and it took 30 seconds to go from 50psi to 12 psi. Also I have the AirWerks dual compressor on my jeep and with the tank full it took 1:30 sec to fill the tire from 12psi to 30 psi.

These are great valves! And I can't Waite to get on the trail and try them out. Also Steve, BOB and the guys at Power tank are great to work with!!

Well I put her thru the paces at Ouray Co, last weekend so here are some updates on the latest MOD's above.

1. Of course the Metal Cloak Game Changer was AWSOME!! what a great ride.

2. AirWerks Air system worked great, I filled all 6 of my tires and my buddies tires at the end of the trails and it worked flawlessly! I ran a few deep water crossings and thier were no issues using the system afterwords.

3. Monster Valve deflators, I cant say enough about these!! it took me longer to remove the valve stem cap then it did to deflate the tires. AWSOME!!!!

I love this mod! Living in an area with a lot of children running around in the evenings/nights, this would be nice to see better when backing out of the driveway.

2 questions.

Did you have to do any rewiring or is it all original tail light wires?

I know you said its not water tight, have you had any issues of water/moisture getting into the lights?
