Picked up a 2015 Billet Willy's Unlimited on Thursday. Ordered 3/16, Delivered 4/21
Coming out of a 2007 Sahara JKU, I learned a lot and wanted to start with a better platform. Ordered the Willy's with pretty much every option, except for side airbags and the colored top/fenders (can't recall of that was even an option).
Coming out of the 07, I had a 3" lift and 35's so I'll likely be doing the same in the near future. My Jeep is the beach vehicle usually (we drive on) - so I get to have all the toys
Had hood UFO's that I took of the last truck, threw those on too.
I can't seem to add more than one photo from my phone.... The new rubber windshield hood bumps are different and have plastic nubs on them. I used a 13mm socket to depress them and pull them out of hood.
Nice, I have had my Billet Silver JKU for 1 week and the mods are already coming. 3" lift in 4 days, Remote start, trimmed fenders and backup camera are in the near future.
It's a bypass module that's programmed as a standalone remote start. Hit lock 3X on factory key. There's a huge thread on here on it, I'd post the link but I'm in my phone.
WOW!!! Did a little research after posting. VERY COOL! Much easier that I could have ever imagined. Definite future mod!
The neat thing about this system is the amount of upgrades you could add. Shock sensor, proximity sensor, after market siren, two way communication to phone... VERY VERY COOL!

Ordered a bunch of different CANBUS led's for the interior. Not sure the ones I took from the 07 will work.
Should be here tomorrow. I'll also be installing the backup camera at some point this weekend.
I'm selling a bunch of stuff, hoping to get enough to order lift and wheels, tires. May even sell my 50" lightbar and mounts - sort of enjoying the lack of whistling. lol

And some before and after - also took apart one of the footwell lights. I'm going to solder in white LED's to match. They come apart much easier than I anticipated.
First and last time I ever order from 4WD - never stated the ACE Sliders were back ordered. Called over to Off Road Elements in Mass, they'll have them to me midweek with free shipping.
I was on hold 32 minutes trying to cancel my order with 4WD.
Offroad Elements is awesome. I ordered a bunch of stuff from them as of late. I found them to have great prices and they ship super fast.
I really like all of your light mods. The only complaint I have had with my Jeep is the lighting. Stock headlights are borderline dangerous IMO, not to mention I was coming from a car that had HID's so this was a bit unnerving for me.
I am interested in following your backup camera mod as I now will need to put that on my build list since I have a newly mounted 35 on the tailgate. My wife complains about not having a backup camera on her SUV and it doesn't even have an obstructed view. So when I reload the Jeep Mod fund that's next for me. Did you order your rig with the factory touchscreen display or is that an aftermarket head unit?
And I'm so close. I turned a corner and got all these plastic welds off. I used a different iron than last night and one of the pads ripped off the pcb.
