So I decided that i would get my tires this past Friday May 9th, 305/60/R18 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ on the stock rims, I actually kinda like them i know i will upgrade to different rims one day but probably not until i get some 35's and regear.

Also there are 1.5 spidertrax wheel spacers on as well.

You do all your business through the off road shop in your pic?
I'm from Stratford, not far from you, and I'm curious about them.
Looks good btw.

For the most part yes i go through Offroad Addiction, any small things i do myself, like the end caps above pretty easy to do and doesn't require alot of knowledge just tools and steady hands, they're pretty reasonable shop though i would def go check them out they can give you a quote from emailing them or at the shop.

So I'm trying to save up some money to buy just a leveling kit, perhaps a teraflex one, its cheap and teraflex makes some pretty good products i've heard.

Does anyone have any different suggestions?

I'm leaning towards Terraflex as well. With just under 13k miles on my '13 JKU Rubi, I've decided my next mod will be a lift. (So much for keeping it stock until it's paid off). After reading various posts on the subject by more seasoned Jeepers, The Terraflex 2.5" coil lift w/shocks (brand t.b.d.) seems to be relatively economical for someone wanting to run a 35" tire on stock 17" rims ( I dig the stocks). The springs will also support the added weight of front/rear bumper/winch should I choose to replace the stock components down the dirt road. For your particular upgrade it seems like some WF members do the both the leveling kit and coil spring lift...should you decide on a taller lift in the future.

Be sure to check out some of the TerraFlex videos on You Tube. There's one in particular that talks about all sized lifts by tflex.

Thanks for the input I'll be sure to check out that video.

I've looked at some rough country lifts as well but i seem to be getting too many mixed reviews when reading about there products some good and some bad, i have heard that they're better quality then they used to be but still worries me about putting money into a brand that seems to be so divided with consumers on there products.

So for now i guess Teraflex seems to be what i will be looking at.

they're not painted there plasti dipped, very easy to do, you just need to cut a couple black garbage bags in half and put them on the inside to make sure the brakes are covered.

I put about 10 coats on all the rims you need about 4 cans. you can find videos on it on youtube

I ordered some rugged ridge euro light guards for my headlights and tail lights.

I decided not to get the fog and blinker guards as i don't think they're that nice looking.

I am still waiting for my Rugged Ridge euro guards for my head lights and taillights, I'm alittle frustrated with the website but i can't assume they'll have all products on hand.

I am thinking about getting some smittybily xrc fender flares( the actual flares) they are thin and the look i like and saves me from cutting my stock ones, also i am hopefully gonna order some ACE Rock Rails, i've heard great things about them and my local offroad store sells a ton of there products. I'm just looking for other opinions on Rails??? and if anyone is currently running these and how they like them?

So i've decided to abandon the lift all together until my 33's need to be replaced, after which i will regear and upgrade to 35's.
I'm going to try to make my jeep as off road ready as possible.

My plan for the rest of the year:

- Rugged Ridge head light guards
- Smittybilt XRC fender flares (the actual fenders)
- ACE Rocker Guards
- 2, 2" LED off road lights

Not knocking the planning but as far as off road ready (and having lived until recently in the best off road place in the world, Utah!) I have to say both Sahara and Rubicon JKs/JKUs are off road ready already. With the exception of mudding and rock climbing (which in guessing is what you're shooting for) they do surprisingly well compared to any other stock vehicle (I haven't been able to get it stuck or jot go where I want yet). Other than that, I like where this thread is heading and like the idea of country vinyl, I may just have to find a similar decal in US flag!

Thanks for the response, and yes mudding and rock climbing is about all i have in my area of Canada.

As for the flag vinyl i got the idea from someone else's thread if i could remember i would give them the credit but since your in the states, go to pixeldecals.com, they're pretty cheap but you have to have paypal set up and i didn't want to set one up, but luckily my Dad works for a sign company and made them for me.
