My Average JK Moab

I bought the Moab back in January and after collecting parts for the past 9 months, I finally got everything installed. I wanted to get a lift that included all parts and just do it right all at once. I didn't want to buy something and then upgrade X,Y,Z parts later on. The most best value I found was the X-Factor kit from Rock Krawler, it includes all 8 control arms and front/rear track bars. It was everything I wanted and the price was great from Jason at Krawl Off Road. I've driven a few hundred miles with it installed and it rides great. No bump steer, no wandering, I could still drive down the highway while holding the wheel with 1 finger and not worry about anything if I wanted. Yes, it rides stiffer but that is expected, handling is much better then stock which is also expected with stiffer springs. So overall I'm really happy with everything and I'm glad I went with the kit I got.

The options it came with are rear locker, 430N, heated seats, saddle leather, max tow and painted hard top.

Moab package includes:
AEV tubeless front bumper with skidplate
AEV rear bumper
Mopar rock sliders
Mopar power bulge hood
Mopar fuel door
Mopar rear tail light guards
Black Jeep emplem

Mods are:
Rock Krawler X-Factor lift
Rock Krawler 2" front and rear bumpstops
Rancho 9000 shocks
Teraflex hinge and tire mount
AEV Procal
Northridge4x4 grade 8 bolt kit
Teraflex exhaust spacer
16" flat black Pro Comp 7069 rims
315/75/16 Goodyear Duratracs

All PUN's intended...

Slightly above Average...

On a side note, how do you like the Teraflex tire carrier?

I like it a lot, very sturdy and the accessory mount was perfect for me. I liked this setup over the AEV rear tire carrier I could of gone with.

Great Moab! I was really close to ordering a Moab in white just like this one. Great choice on mods.

Are your sliders rusting already? Living in Minnesota, rust is always an issue with add-ons. I was thinking that what ever rock rails that I get, I am going to get them sprayed with Rhino lining or something similar.

By the way your MOAB looks great.

Looked at your pictures, before seeing where you live, and thought "Looks like the PHX area". Boom! 100% correct. Looks real sharp.

Running my winter setup now. Its between the full Trektop NX or the cable bikini portion and duster.

Flexed the suspension this weekend.

great looking rig, I really like the modifications. AEV makes good stuff and your lift looks like a solid choice.

Nice looking truck... we have similar ideas about our mods.

I was thiiiis close to getting the TeraFlex tire mount. For me: "I liked this setup over the TF rear tire carrier I could of gone with."

HA! - If you're like me, you probably would be just as happy had you gone with the other one. Same as I, if I had chosen the TF

Got truck lite led headlights installed and did some wheeling today. Anyone have a 2012+ steering stabilizer for sale?

Today was a good day. Replaced the broken clips on my fender, the broken adjustment knob on my Rancho shocks, steering stabilizer and front diff cover.

Parts are Rancho 5000 Steering Stabilizer with relocation bracket and ARB front differential cover.
