Ok. Corbeau seats as per my seat install thread!

Now it finally going in for some roll bar work!! I decided i want it all to fit within the half cab. At first i was going to add some bolt in bars for show but thats out. I want it in the style of the mopar jk8 roll bar but with more support. Brian , "the roll bar guy" as he is known in the household here said he can do it. The idea is to go with his heavy wall 1 3/4" pipe. It will fit into the existing support with the seat belt bracket where it will be welded.

It will then direct 90 degree on a slight angle to the plates in the floor once utilized by the back seat.

I would then like a bar like the mopar has along the bottom except welded in as a bar slightly above the bulkhead for the half cab.

Heres a pick of the mopar bar being installed buy a dealer I believe.

This is the angle it will take to the plate for welding. With the cross bars added it should look pretty good!

Heres is the mopar cut off point on the top bar

and the bulkhead placement markings

Tomorrow we strip the interior!!

A Suzuki Samuri with a Chevy 350. It just won its class in a mud bog here in Numedia Pa. The guy doing the welding owns it a a few more rigs! Awsome.

I have to admit I wasn't digging this one as much as your last one until now. That roll bar made a world of difference. Seems like such a minor thing too. But it really works. Well done.

To say you're adventurous would be an understatement... but you really put a nice package together. Love the Pintler/Duratrac combination along with the corner guards.
