Stayed late and installed my AEV lift! It was late, hands were dirty and covered in anti-seize so pictures are limited

That looks GREAT! Nice to see a white / black Unlimited built up! I will be in touch with you shortly (it will be after Barrett Jackson) and look forward to wrapping something up with you. Thanks for the help.

Just got back from EJs in Moab, what an awesome time. Had the opportunity to ride with a few guys from AEV.

Installed the AFE 3" 409s.s. Off-road Exhaust System this past week! I'm really happy with the "mellow" tone and how quiet it actually is. haha The MBRP units I have used in the past have been considerably louder and did not fit nearly as nice as the AFE unit.

With the exhaust system, I also installed the AFE Y-Pipe for driveshaft clearance.

I also found sometime after work to spool up my Warn M8000-S winch and install my Warn Hawse Fairlead that I powdercoated matte black. To finish it off I added a Factor55 Flatlink in Gunmetal.

Sneak peak of custom Spod switch covers being built!

This setup will allow use of the driving lights manually and automatically with High beam operation. Also auto reverse lights with a manual override (like IPF). And lastly winch cutoff and control!

Any updates on the exhaust (pics, sound clip, fitment, drone)? I am looking at the same one, so would appreciate all the feedback.

Sorry I have been super busy with work haha, I tried to record the sound with my IPhone, but its very un clear and muffled. I would describe it as very close to stock with a slight rumble.

But here's some of what I have been up to

Down last weekend at OCNJ at the Jeep Invasion! Awesome time and got to hang with Cash from AEV.

I have to do some updates on my new Baja Design lights also!

Here are some finished shots of the custom sPod I had talked about earlier. Basically the functions are as follows:

Switch #'s and Functions

1) "IPF" style reverse light switch
2) "Light Control Switch" allows lights to be controlled via key source or HB
3) Onx Light Bar
4) Squadron's (fog location)
5) Winch Cutoff
6) Winch Control

Fog Light Location Mounted BAJA DESIGNS Squadron's

Thanks Dave! I will be fabbing up some custom a pillar brackets with matching white Baja Design Squadrons and also a pair of squadrons for reverse lighting.

Time is just the tough part, it's summer and the ocean is calling every weekend. haha, followed by a trips to Baja, Ashville, Vermont, SEMA, etc in the next few months.

Some little things I have changed out over the past few weeks. First thing was the weak OEM trac bar. My bar had more "flex" then most JK's that I have checked, with that said it would get a "double" bump every time I hit a big expansion or pot hole.

I opted for the JKS front adjustable trac bar.

Some side by side shots and how I matched the stock length haha.

And my test/parking spot...

The addition of the trac bar honestly was very noticeable and the whole driving experience feels much "stiffer" and I couldn't be happier!

As far as a review on the Baja Designs ONX 15" light bar and Squadron LED lights, here are some comparison shots.

First is the JW Speaker 8700's on low beam.

Then in the same location with the Baja Designs ONX & Squadron's powered by the sPod to come on with the high beams!

A lot of light for such a small setup! But more squadrons to come!
