Yup what Senior Chief said...I found a YouTube video and voila....all vents out in a few minutes. Mine took one can of paint to do all vents, grab handle, and door trim. The can was empty when I finished though.

Yeah it's a piece of cake Teraflex. The Mopar paint is a bit sketchy with its spray pattern but it works.

Just a dozer update: currently @ Jeep Beach, and there are hundreds and hundreds of jeeps, but I've only seen maybe 10 dozers, so far. I knew it wasn't a very common color, but thought I'd see at least 20.

Having a BLAST!
The weather is here, wish you were beautiful.

I love seeing what other people do to their dozers. I really like the inside bent painted. I think I might have to do that this summer.

I would like to see the vents in person before pulling the trigger. But if the 1st one comes out looking bad, can always replace it! Im just not sure if it is too much in person compared to pics.

I am thinking about doing the recessed "Jeep" on the MOPAR gas cap cover and the dash handle "Since 1941" in Dozer...

I think you would really like it...it makes the interior pop quite a bit..I like the other ideas you are thinking about too. Could be fun to do.

Nice!

My wife has a Dozer 2 door as well. She is looking for seat covers - black on the sides and Dozer yellow/orange on the center. I am able to locate seat covers that are orange and some that are yellow, but none of them seem to match quite right. Thanks!

I got samples from Wet Okole and they have two orange colors. Color number 218 matches really close.

I believe I got the "school bus yellow" from Wet Okole. It's a pretty good match for my Dozer. They'll send you samples.

Thanks for the ideas, Just had the paint shop mix me up some dozer, went home, mixed it all up, and painted the interior, and the bead locks on the wheels. I think the bead locks painted makes it stand out.

Lynskey, dont worry about painting the interior. I fretted over it for a while, then just went and did it. Glad I did. Looks friggin great.
thanks BB....

Muddr do you have a spray gun that you use? It would be great to have bunch mixed up to use whenever you get the itch to change something! I like the bead locks painted for sure! I was thinking of painting the center caps on mine.

Yes I do have a spray gun. Went to my local auto paint dealer and he mixed me up a half a pint. When mixing you cut it 1 to 1 so I got a pint out of it. 20 bucks, I might have him mix me up some more. Could ba dangerous though.

I was thinking of doing the centercaps too. Just couldnt make up my mind weather of not I wanted to do the whole thing, the center, or just the outer. so I left it alone for right now.

Ok cool. I may try to find a local place and have some made. Then buy a basic spray gun....oh yeah imagination might go nuts!
