Just wanted to pop in and say that your Jeep is very nice. Very clean and subtle job.

Thanks man! I am going through my first spring with a jeep and all this pollen here in the south is going to drive me insane. I clean the inside of the jeep out just about every day because there is a layer of yellow dust everywhere…It's too pretty out to leave the top on!

So I decided to go back to a grey Rubicon decal and outline it in red. I liked my red and black decal but it just didn't pop like the new one does. You couldn't see the previous decal from more than 20 feet away. I should have my rear trek armors on Thursday and then I will add more pics of the Jeep with a more "finished" (i use this term lightly) look.

Here are some pics of the decal at different distances.

Seat covers!

I got my rear trek armor covers in and they look hot!!! Other than possible tube doors my jeep has to be "finished" for a little while.

Great looking build.

Tube doors will really tie it all together perfectly IMO.

Thanks, yours as well sir! I am having trouble deciding if I want to go with Warrior tube doors or Body Armor trail doors.

I like those new safari straps and your new Trek. I am a cyclist myself but I do not do triathlons, just road racing.

Like the stickers I did them with orange boarder and flat black center. I did orange for Clemson. By any chance are you going to the Georgia vs Clemson game?

Installed some JW speaker headlights today. They look awesome and I can't wait to see how bright they are tonight. Now I need to upgrade my fog lights so I don't have that yellow light under the white light.

Also, I have my offroad heroes top but I still haven't installed it because its been to nice to put a top on.

I installed a new GREY Spiderwebshade full length mesh top to replace the Jkini that I did have. Also, I installed a set of Dually off road lights to the front of my bumper even though I may change the location very soon.

***Update to my previous post…The JW Speaker lights are BRIGHT!

I moved the recluse offraod (rigid knockoffs that a local guy makes {better in my opinion}) on my front bumper and blacked out my turn signals with VHT niteshades. Next I'm adding a Poison Spyder hood louver to my hood.

Midland CB and ORH Top

Added a Midland 75-822 CB Radio and I finally installed the fast back portion of my Offroad Heroes Multi top. I still haven't installed the cargo top.

First picture is with just the bikini top and the second the fast back top.

I also made a homemade grill/radiator cover. Here is how it turned out

Rancho 3" trail system

Bought this lift the other day with the rancho rs9000xl shocks. The lift should be here in the next few days and I can't wait to put it on. Will post up pics as soon as I get it installed. Could be a couple of days/weeks before I'll be able to get to it.

Yeah me either! I think it will change the stance a pretty good bit. Although, I do like the way it sits now I want a little more clearance for offroad. I scrubbed pretty bad wheeling some mountains up in North Georgia a few weeks ago. I actually am a little afraid that I will not like the way it looks with my 295/70r17's (33.5's) and will want 35's! That's not happening until these tire wear out so....hopefully I will like the stance afterwards.

In all actuality most 35's are in the 34-34.5" range so I may not be able to tell much of a difference.

Ranch 3" Trail Lift

I was able to get the exhaust spacer put in, get the front portion of the lift on, and get the front end all lined up. Next weekend I will put the rear portion of the lift on. I should've taken more before and after measurements but because I haven't gotten the rear portion put on I at least do have some rear measurements. These pictures aren't the best because I'm trying to hold the tape measure and take the picture. On the front (with the 3" lift) I have 8 1/2 inches of space between tire and the bottom of the fender. On the back (the tape measure is obviously crooked so I measure again) with the teraflex leveling kit I have about 5 1/4" of space between the tire and the bottom of the fender. I'm excited to see how it turns out next weekend.

I also installed the rancho correction brackets. I did so via advice from people on this forum. I will say that my lower control arms are pretty flat now.

Here's another shot of the new rancho 3" suspension lift (red) installed and my off road heroes top. I'm loving the stance this thing has now.

As of right now (it changes daily), my next mods are going to be new differential covers, rear bumper, and then a Warn zeon winch.

I am leaning towards ARB in red for the diff covers. Anyone have experience with those?

Man, your Jeep looks awesome!

When you used niteshades on your signals, did you remove them or just tape it off and spray? do you remember how many coats? did you sand them before spraying? clearcoat after? Just curious because I've seen some people that don't look as good as yours..they end up with kind of a purplish hue to them because of the amber lens. Thanks!

I removed the front signals (they are really easy to remove). The side signals I taped off because they are a pain to remove. I'm on my phone currently or I'd link the YouTube video for you but I followed the YouTube video (how to VHT niteshades your tail light covers). I definitely did sand them and I clear coated them and I waxed them at the end. The key is not to put too many coats on. 3 worked for me.

Awesome, thanks for the info. I'll look for that Youtube vid. Cheers!

I ordered a Poison Spyder hood louver and it should be in any day! I am really excited about getting this on my jeep but I am kind of nervous about the install. I really don't want to screw up my hood. Any tips or advice from those of have installed before?

Awesome Jeep, the mods just keep coming! Ballsy move with the hood louvre! I want one as well but I'd always be a little paranoid in heavy rain, though, knowing the engine is getting soaked with the Jeep just sitting outside.

P.S. Needs a rear bumper
