I've been wanting your bumper for a year now does it affect your cooling system at all with the winch and lights infront of your grill?

I would do some comp cutting on the rear or flatties to match the front. And i'd say its complete!

Looks excellent man. I'm going to make mine armoured up the wazoo. I want it to be able to take a heavy hitting round.

you got me on the second one. i wish i had pics while i was going through the mud hole. it took me 5 mins to travel 100 ft and at one point i had a rooster tail shooting 10 feet in the air and raining down on the jeep. it would have made on hell of a pic

If you build your jeep so big and bad that it's really easy to get threw everything out there, then your going to get bored.

thats the only place outside to strap it down. once i get a winch ill have to find a new home for it. i plan on getting a rear tire carrier with the jerry can mounts but thats not on the top of the list. top of the list is welding school

Ill help you out on that it was really easy the tube notching for the upper is the hard part. The side plates are 1/4in steel that i cut out with a cutoff wheel or 3 per side i should say. I just traces along the side of the dash and the top mounting square is a 1/4 in piece 3in by 3in. The tubing is 1 3/4 and i believe it took a 8ft section ill find my measurements and post them for you.

The Grapplers are NICE! Im pretty sure its the closest tire to a bogger for sure. It rides nice as can be on the road just sounds like a ww2 bomber plane but i like that noise anyways. I actually have almost 7k on them and they dont even look worn. Off road thety are real nice i havent had them on rocks yet though just smaller stuff and aired down on beadlocks i could imagine they would be rowdy. The bad..... Mine weigh 82lbs a piece and they are EXPENSIVE. I found mine on ebay for $250 a piece with free shipping Brand new. Get them they are worth it just plug your ears
