Broken rear end. Time for an upgrade

Recently my D35 broke so i decided to get rid of it. i got an 8.8 out of a ford explorer and i'm currently in the process of building it up, along with my front axle. I got a truss kit with all brackets required to bolt to my TJ from TNT Customs currently being welded on. ARB air lockers, and 4.10 gears front and rear. I have all extras i need to complete the swap as well. Brake lines and cables, master bearing kits for both axles, rubicon express adjustable upper and lower control arms, and air compressor. Drive shaft will be ordered when i get the axle in.

For those you who have done something like this I'm sitting at about $3800 for everything. How am i doing?

Nice, looks brand new in the last pic! (although seems not all brackets are on yet?) I still have some work to do before my 8.8 will look the same...

I'd say you're doing great. I did the same, except I went with .456 gears front and rear. It's great to get ride of the D-35 boat anchor!

Looks like you're doing great. although it appears the paintjob might have been premature...aren't you missing LCA and Shock mounts?
