Thanks. I created it myself I am calling it candy apple orange crush. Is isn't quite the orange crush color. It is a candy paint so the base is a metal flake and the color is translucent red/orange. I appreciate the nice comment.

That color is awesome. I love you work on the frame also. That jeep is going to be a head turner.

The front axle Johnny joints have been welded. Had to cut off and re-weld the rear shock mounts.I should have pictures of the rolling chassis soon.

I have a rolling chassis now. Working on rebuilding the transmission. I am also going to kepp the 4 liter and rebuild it making it a stroker turbo. Should have plenty of horsepower and torque.

This thing is going to be awesome when it's all done!

It won't be too pretty to go in the mud though, will it?

Engine

Decided to stay with the i6. 4.6 liter stroker turbo. Will produce just over 400 horsepower at 8lbs of boost.

I know I am going to take a lot of crap from everyone about the engine. I plan on making the engine look good. This rig will not be a mall crawler or a street queen. It will see the mud every weekend. There is nothing wrong with polishing the aluminum and painting the engine and valve cover. This engine will look like it belongs in a show car completion but I don't want anyone to be fooled by the appearance. I just like things to look as good as they work.
