Also after a hollister hills trip I was driving around town when,the old jeep beeped at me and looked shown to see the temp was way to high. Shut it off and let the radiator puke it's gut's out. Then nurses it home. Purchased and installed an aluminum 3 row champion radiator.

I bought 3 spicer regreasable u-joints and center ball rebuild kit from local small shop cost me about 75ish total and like another 5 for the grease gun adapter. Not too bad compared to what labor would have cost me. Couple tips I destroyed a socket pounding on it to get the u-joints out, clean out the groves after all the u-joints are out and I had to lower my t case skid plate and use a floor jack to support it to get to the bolts to remove the front drive shaft from the t case. Also disconnect from the axle first and re install to the axle last.

Hey let me know how the rustoleum bed liner in a can works out for you. I've been looking for a quick, cheap-ish way to line my tub. I got caught in a storm without my doors on and now I have an excuse to rip the stock carpets out

I bed lined my friends Chevy bed with it and it has held up really well and sealed all the,rust. It has some texture but not alot I went with dupli color roll on bed armor for my tub and,it is textured and sturdy also,bought cans to get those hard to get spots. Though I will let you know

About 3 months ago I used Rustoleum bed liner on my fenders also.

Prepped them good and put 4-5 coats on. They look great, and feel great.

Although I wouldnt do it again, heres why;
if you get mud on your fenders you better clean them quick because it's damn near impossible to get mud stains off. Also, the paint isn't very durable as it is peeling off in many different areas.

I'm thinking about using something more durable like Line-x or something next time.

I agree. Did the same thing to my flares & it's a dirt fuzz magnet. Holds stains like white on rice & spider cracks if knocked hard enough. Next round I'm just going to use paint.

Just to add to the indecision... I did the outer ring (about 3" band) of my black steel rims in Rust-Oleum bedliner this summer, after giving the rims some rock rash. It has held up great so far, and prevented the damaged areas from rusting. I will agree with the dirt comments, however. The slight texture of the bedliner holds onto sand/mud much more than regular paint/plastic. I also masked off and sprayed one of the rear corners of my tub (about 12" x 16") where a body seam cracked, and it's held up there pretty well. I hit the corner with bondo and primer before spraying, the wheels i just cleaned and used the liner over existing paint/clear. Both areas have been pressure washed and show no signs of flaking.

So if I clear the bed liner do you think it wont hold the mud

After this wheeling trip I plan to sand the bed liner to smooth to get rid of runs and re apply more coats. Then cover with many coats of enamel.

What was the reasoning behind the mesh on the grille? Worth it?
