Hey erickpl! I used a lot of parts I'll list them for you soon . I gotta catch some zzzzz's so I'll do it tomorrow. As far as doc's go I found a lot of stuff in a 00' Fsm manual for the TJ. I'd do a search online for 97 Tj FSM. That manual has 90% of what you'll need to know if not more. Torque specs proper removal and installation of Everything. The rest I either found in the library google or here on wrangler forum. I don't know how the years go but if the 97 2.5 is the same as 2000 I'll gladly send you my Fsm "field service manual". If you have any more questions shoot away.

Thanks man I did figure it out. Kinda made sense to put the standard bolt under the hoses.

Best I could do with my iPhone fellas. Too cluttered to see much anyway.

Good job mike it does look good. I just got started on mine yesterday all I have left to do to get the old engine out is to unbolt it from the tranny, which I'm finding out is quite difficult. I also ordered the pacesetter exhaust headers should be in on Thursday. Figured I might as well do some extras while its out. I also chose to paint the block hemi orange, ill post pics of it all soon!

Sweet bro... Wish I coulda put some extras on too... The top tranny bolts were kind of a pain for me I used 18 mm wratchet wrench. "not 100% that's te right size but it worked".

Headers came in and they should help free up some hidden squirrels. The old engine is finally out and the new one got a new paint job along with all the accessories. Time for a lunch break!
