My money pit, Lindsey

I've thought about doing a build thread for a while, and now that there's a separate column I though heck why not. Decided to name her Lindsey for various reasons we don't need to get into lol. So here she is, bone stock besides 31" all terrains, got'er for about $7,000 at 123,000 miles.

First thing I did was replace all the ujoints and the 2 front lower control arms, I wish I had known more about jeeps before though because I would have gotten adjustable, but oh well. The next was a 2.5" rough country suspension lift, again wish I had done more research.
And then the jeep fever hit, in no order this is how it sits now
•33x12.5 Goodyear MTR/K
•15x8 pro comp alloy wheels
•1.25" JKS body lift
•JKS quick disconnects
•Front XRC stinger
•SRC side rails
•Rear SRC bumper/tire carrier(biggest mistake I've made so far)
•XRC winch(another mistake.. I learned my smittybilt/shittybilt lesson now)
•Rugged Ridge recovery bag
•Super bright LED instrument cluster conversion •Currie antirock sway bar
•Cobra CB/PA
•Dual CB antennas(only one works I know, lol)
•4 new alpine speakers, Rockford phosgate PUNCH amp, and alpine stereo
•Two 4.25"x 2" Lifetime LED's
•Custom grill inserts
•Rugged Ridge light bezels and lights covers

Just installed the front currie antirock sway bar last weekend and so far so good.
But this week my drive shaft u joints all decided to take a dump on me haha. On Wednesday I replaced all two because I picked my rear driveshaft off the street. Then yesterday the front driveshaft u joint busted, so I'm working on that tonight. She's keeping me busy lol

I like my xrc front bumper. For rear bumpers I heard smittybilt just eats shit. If your ever looking into a new rear bumper id say take a look at bersrk (forum member here, might of spelt name wrong). For the price people love them and he stands behind his work.

It's also common to find warn rear tire carriers used on Craigslist for a good price and they have excellent reviews. When I get the money together I'll look into it myself haha.

Good looking jeep. While we're talking about rear tire carriers/bumpers, I'm really liking the looks of the genright swing down. Anyone know of any common horror stories about them or would it be a good purchase?

So I'm getting the 35 fever, and haven't had much of a plan for my jeep up to this point.
So on the the 35's.
Obviously I'm on a budget so I'm going to try and do it as cheaply as possible, but still right (if that's possible lol). I've already upgraded my brakes, but my PS pump needs attention so I'll need to address the steering. I'll start off with a Ford 8.8 off of craigslist I found, that'll sit in my garage until I have the funds to regear both front and back to 4:88. At that point I'll sell the brand spankin new 33x12.5 MTR's and come home with 35x12.5 MTR's or maybe km2's, I'll decide when I get to this point. After that I'll pick me up a super 30 kit or a front d44 if I find a good deal.
Another minor issue that I'll handle along the way is clearance, as I do only have a 2.5" SL and a 1.25" BL.
Solution? Metalcloak fender flares.
And that's my plan.

Update: Unfortunately the clutch gave out the other day and that put a large dent in my savings. The 35 fever wore off after looking at my account balance a few times lol. I'll probably just focus on what I've got now, and go from what the parents come up with for Christmas
Also I took advantage of the Black Friday deals and purchased a set of 16w LED pods from Olympus off-road, they're still sitting on my desk waiting to be installed so we'll see how they go.
Then just today I started a new project, a sub box enclosure for 3 shallow mounted 10's that'll fit in the underside of the rear seat. I found the write up, a terrible one I'll add, online so I'm giving it a shot.
