3. What about a e-locker or OX? I wouldn't want to put a detriot or any other kind of auto locker in the front cause the amount of snow you get sometimes.
30 would be overkill for the front yes. 30 spline for the rear no.. I've looked at OX a lot lately also. So I'm think 27 spline chromoly shafts with some locker for D30

I agree with the bolded part

On the 35, have you seen this Superior Axle and Gear EV35TR-TJ - Superior Axle & Gear Super Truss for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ with Dana 35 Rear Axle - Quadratec if your planning on keeping the 35 for a long while you might want to look into it

OX is a decent locker but some people dont like em cause their clumsy but their the only selectable locker to have a fail safe. If your cable breaks you can insert a little key they give you and it will lock it and not ruin your day.

27 spline d30 shafts are the easiest to find and if you did break one then you can put a stock shaft back in till you get home

Never considered the fact if I snap a shaft I could carry my old ones around and use them. If I have the money when I do it ill run ARB.

So basically add the Superior 30 spline shafts and their truss for the D35

Then the only weak point on that axle would be the pinion so you should be set for 35's

8.8 swap is cheaper than a super35 and 10 times stronger. You can truss a d35 all day, run a 30 spline Detroit, and chromollys but that ring and pinion can't be built up. Be careful with that hi lift on the rear bumper like that, drop the rear of the jeep off something and you'll bend the jack or rip the mounts off

33's are the max tire I'm going to run. I'm not locking the rear end up, don't need too. I can have c clip eliminator 27 spline superior for $700 and have it installed for a total of $1100. Even if I find a used ford 8.8 I'm looking at over $1000 for ring and pinion, and TJ mounting brackets. Let alone I then would have to have someone weld that correctly. Then pay someone to install it and slip yoke eliminator with CV driveshaft. If money wasn't an issue I would go the Ford 8.8 route. But I dont have 2k laying around.

If you can start investing in tools and studying up on mechanical knowledge.

It pains me to see you waste so much money on labor rates.

I know how to do most of the stuff but I go to school and work 5 days a week. It's just so hard to find time to work on the major projects.. And I don't have another vehicle to drive to do the major products so I can park my TJ. I would love to work on my jeep more its just a lack of time and space to work on it.

You can get an 8.8 for 100-200$ with 4.10s and a bracket kit for 200$. There's a lot of people doing 8.8s for under 1000$ on a stock driveshaft. Or call east coast gear supply. They can send you one ready to bolt n for not too much more than what you plan on spending for your c clip eliminator. This damage was done on 31s to a Dana 35. The stock shafts survived while the pinion and carrier failed
