or not, anyways here ya go lol , i think i am going to order another set of the blinkers from MCE and put 2 on each side because i put them a little to far in, hard to see them from directly on o well 2 will look cool lol, took the first pic from my computer chair, being lazy
just got back from UPS, sent my spare tire cover to a member on here to get customized going to say - "Drive a hybrid" going around the top and "My jeep needs the gas" around the edge on the bottom ProTek is the members name hope it comes out good!
got my rocker knockers in the mail today (well yesterday they came in but i picked them up from the office today) lol cant wait to add another 60lbs to the jeep :P i CANT WAIT to get them on and painted going to try and get it done this weekend!!
did you spray your hood lights, bracket, and what not with bedliner, or just black spray paint?
its spray can bed liner from lowes, it sounds ghetto but it works great lol, i actually did the entire bottom half of my S10 with it and it was on when i traded it in for the jeep (almost 2 years) and still looked great!! it is very rough though, like sand paper almost
got the rocker knockers primered and painted a red square under where the spyder is cut out on the rocker knockers so it will stand out, came out really nice no pics of the red on yet because i brought my camera in for something else lol to lazy to walk back outside right now
How'd you get so much droop out of the rear? Or is it the cut fenders making it look that way?
lol it sits lower in the rear right now, those corners are about 40lbs each, and the high lift being mounted behind the back seat doesnt help much, i figure once i get my stinger bumper / winch it will even out a bit, aso the rocker panels (30lbs each) should help, when im done i plan on getting some stiffer springs / spacers if needed the lift that my jeep has is about 5 years old so the springs arent exactly at their peak
got the rocker knockers installed today, pretty easy but i wish i had something better than my leatherman and a hacksaw to cut the body mount bushings to fit the 3/16" steel for the rockers lol, it took some time!! and yes i know i shouldnt have been using my hi-lift jack for this lol but i wanted to give it a work-out, first time ive used it... not very fun, ill try and spread these pics out a little bit better so it doesnt end up like page 2 lol!!
Oh I see. I was talking about the earlier pics of you wheeling before corner guards and fenders (with flares on) sorry for misunderstanding. Unless those were not cut either but they looked it.
Build is awesome! Looks great.
oh ya those were cut i bent the hell out of my driver side one trying to get a nice flex pic lol so i just took a dremel to them thanks btw, cant wait to get this thing painted and go wheeling again lol!!! (altho i need new balljoints before i bring her out again, starting to get some nice negative camber)
well just got back from a 7 hour trip lol, WELL worth it though!!! ended up spending more than 150 tho, i also just ordered a gallon of herculiner and 2 QTS of the UV protector, i need to quit being lazy got a lot of stuff to install lol!!
PS corners (he tossed in the flush mounting LED tail lights free) - $150
fuel tank skid that needs stripped and painted- $25
high light jack (he tossed in the bottom stand peice or w/e it is free) - $30

With your tree fenders does tread show cause we have the exact same jeep and ive been following your build getting ideas here and there andI'm looking into them but in PA no traed is allowed past the fender line
