missed this post sorry, i actually measured it the other day and i have just shy of 7" of tire sticking out on each side (i measured the rear) no fender laws here in TN you could get some 7" flares for the rear and cut them flat, saw another member on here with them cut and they looked great, they make tube fenders for the front with flares built into them, that would be what you'd have to do

lol, its been raining non-stop here and in the 20's (herculiner wont cure below 32) its 30 out right now but should hit 60 today so as soon as the sun comes up and it gets up to 32 im headed out

this herculiner stuff is AWSOME lol a lot easier than i thought it was going to be, but i admit i should have painted the tube fenders before putting them on, or atleast taken the front tires off before starting to paint, PITA to fit my big head in there to see what im doin lol, first coat is drying right now, 45minutes till i can start on the second one i hope i have enough for 3 coats, will be close tho, doing my door jam as well a little bit

ooh, i forgot, im herculining my back bumper to match my front one too, i had it spray can bedlined but it doesnt match very well so fixing that and also the lights on my bumper were spray can bedlined, herculining them now too , and also the "tub rails" i think they are called? where the bottom of the soft top windows and the back push into

wait no more altho i do have to tape it all up again in the morning to put the UV protector on, has to be done 4-24 hours after the last coat and its dark / cold out right now lol!

came out pretty good, not 100% satisfied but it looks good, much better than primer lol! there are a few little spots around the RTV that the herculiner didnt take to, not sure why but they are VERY small and unless someone is walking around the jeep inches away with a flashlight (like i was lol) they wont notice :P

WOOOOOOOOOW just saw it for the first time since the liner dried (getting ready to put the UV stuff on) and it looks AMAZING!!! hercluliner is my new favorite stuff!!!!!!

thanks i am very happy with the herculiner! just ordered another gallon to re-do my interior i think i caught the bed-liner bug because as i was putting the UV stuff on all i could think was how cool my air cleaner box / fuse box would herculiner lol

really wish i would have done the front bumper too, didnt think the texture / shade of the liner on it already would be so different, when i do my interior im going to do the front bumper (already did rear) and the lights on my hood
