I haven't seen many people put a light bar there I like it. Those fenders look mean!

Thanks guys! Had to move light bar because Truck Lites created to many shadows with bar lower. And putting it on the hood just wasn't an option.

In my opinion it looks 100% better there. Granted my opinion isn't worth much.

Looks great! We need to get on the trail asap! After you get on the rear corners, what's next? If you are moving up in tire size are you going to stretch the wheelbase a bit? (consideration for the corners).... I like the raw aluminum look too..... no corrosion issues/need to touch up constantly...

Yeah we do! May come up there to do some snowshoeing soon. Rear corners, tummy tuck...then gears. So is MN mute?

Well, the Jeep went in to get Re-geared today. I'm also getting Ten Factory rear shafts installed. And figured since the axle is out I'd get the rear axle trussed too!

Thanks guys!
Well, after thinking about overnight I've decided to replace the front axles with a set of RCV's while the shop has it apart. Doesn't cost me any extra $$ for install so it saves me time DIY. Now I'm seriously looking forward to Spring!!

Speaking of "shops", have any of you here in the Springs used R&R Offroad for any work? Thinking about going to them for a couple things but have never used them before. I've read that most people are pretty happy though.

They are on Pikes Peak, just west of Academy Blvd near that Home Depot. I usually have used Predator, but wanted to try them since they are closer to home.

R&R are great. He saved my day when I broke my pitman arm on patriot. He took the one off of his Jeep for me and was seriously the only company around that would get me off the trail. On top if that he about gave me the part for free when he could of had me for a kings ransom.

Sorry to derail the thread John.

Well, got about 350 miles on the gears so far. What a huge difference! Thankfully it's only March and not June or it be a lot harder to not get on the trails before the break in period is complete!
