Yup, I recently acquired a 2005 Blue TJ sport with 115k. Decided to put a little money into it before I started driving it after my wreck. Here's the mod list as she sits currently.

- Rubicon Express Super Flex 4.5" lift
- 35" Mickey T Baja MTZ.
- Pro comp 7069 alloy wheels
- Warn front bumper
- Warn Zeon 10-S winch.
- Warn HID fog lights
- Warn winch guard (brush guard) hoop.
- Warn rear bumper and tire carrier.
- 1-ton steering from a friends old rig. Not sure on brand.
- Warn wireless winch remote. (Not sure if I like it)

As she sits.

Well, it'll never be done, so here's the mod list I plan in order of completion.
- coil spacers front to eliminate coil sag. (In the glove box)
- Warn rock sliders (sitting in my garage)
- Ford 8.8 Rear axle (still searching)
- Regear both to 4.56s
- Trucklite LEDs
- LED tail lights
- Rock Lights
- Racing seats and harnesses
- Metal cloak control arms
- Bilstein 5100 Shocks
- Repaint hood, grill, fenders.
- lock front and rear.

Nothing super dramatic, but it'll get the job done.

Nice Jeep!!! What gears are you currently running with your 35's?

You made Facebook!!! :D looks like it's gonna be a nice rig when you get done with it man, or if you ever get done lol I don't think any of us are ever done paying for these things lol.

No pics today. But removed t-case skid, cleaned the frame of any rust I saw, and painted over it with a coat of rustoleum. I tend to just rattle can the whole thing about once a year. It keeps rust at bay. Also drilled 1/2" drain holes in the bottom of the frame. Got a buddy selling a Chromolly and locked dana 35 with 4.10s. Been needing to ditch my 35 for something better, was looking for a 8.8. Should I wait or jump on it, opinions?

I'd wait for an 8.8, that's the route I'm going...who knows you may want to run 37s one day with the superior super 8.8 kit!

I run 35s on the 35 with 4.10s with my 4 banger. I havent had any issues, itsmy DD. a little slow on some highways but it takes me everywhere. Its fine for me especially around town. But its all up to what you want.

Fixed the radio (finally) and re wired everything to clean it up. PO did a half ass job on the radio, lights, and the winch. Much better now. Discovered it's wired for a wireless remote. Which he didn't include. Then put the top and doors on bracing for the huge storm coming.

Yikes! Don't put ANYTHING into a D35 if your running 35s and intend to wheel it (or even if you don't). It's guaranteed to eat itself. Mine blew up at less than 45,000 miles, and I was only running 33s, with only light wheeling. The 8.8 and 456 gearing works great for 33s or 35s.
