Well as most of you know and understand... as a young man or woman, and some of you still are, we have always looked and admired the Little Jeeps. I know I did and dwelled many times on the time I would get a Jeep. Jc Whitney catalogues... were full of pasts and all the possible modifications.
All thru my teenage life... and then all thru my Navy days, I had always wanted a JEEP! So after many many day dreams thru the years... my wife and I finally purchased our JEEP! At first she thought it was ridiculous to buy a jeep but agreed on my desires and we bought our Sahara on Feb 24th.
As is the case in many stories... now my wife loves it! LOL She asks to drive it to work to show it off as well as having fun driving it!
Now when she comes home from work she asks "where are we going for a ride"? LOL
BTW... you younger folks... don't put everything off too long! I turn 60 this June so I have been wanting a JEEP for over 40 years ! LOL

I have to say this forum and a few other forums have helped us thru this decision and guided us in the direction of what would best suit us. Thanks to all of you!
I know it has only been a few weeks... but no problems... no surprises... and no leaks!
We have found the ride very smooth... the drive train very smooth... the seats are just right for us! We enjoy the sound of the road and the sound of the wind. We think this is such a great vehicle for us and will serve us well for a very long time!
We have taken it out on the back country roads, the creek bed... and the highway. Yes we even got mud on it already!

We are very pleased with everything. Even the gas issue is acceptable!
Well here is what we are so proud of:
09' Wrangler SAHARA 2 door with hard top
Sunburst orange
Automatic with limited slip differential
Trailer towing hitch factory installed (therefore getting the anti sway)
Remote start (this was not important but came with it)
My dealership (Bob Allen in Frankfort Kentucky) did well in locating this one for me and traveled 330 miles to get it in Tennessee.
We are looking forward to some wonderful times with this Jeep! One of our new adventures will be geo-caching... what a great picture... Geo-caching in a JEEP! We enjoy kayaking and our FOLBOT will fit nicely in the back!
Now I hope I can put some pics up here for you all to see...
