| I've wanted a Jeep Wrangler since I was 18
Well 30 years later I finally have one. Just bought a 2010 Wrangler Sport in Black, 6 speed manual with the S Package, hard top, and the Infinity Sound system. Was able to get it for $200 under invoice. Odometer had 3 miles on it. Should be picking it up in a few hours. My girlfriend has a 2004 Wrangler with over 100,000 miles on it and just loves it. Was a little nervous with the state of Chrysler but after just going through a divorce I figure what the hell you only live once. I live in snow country just south of Buffalo so the 4 wheel drive will come in handy.

WOW, similar situation without the divorce. I've wanted one since about the same age and finally got one. Ive been in my second childhood ever since. Hope it is magic like that for you too.
Welcome to WF.
Hang onto your wallet. Part of the magic of ownership is watching the dollars disappear as you modify it and dream about what to do next.

Dont worry about Chrysler, Jeep has been around for 68 years!!! If they dont make them someone else will. Congrats with your new Jeep, I am sure you will love it. Mine is the only vehicle i have ever enjoyed driving.

Congrats on your Jeep.
My first one was a 1971 CJ5 w/225 V6. I drove it back an forth to work for about 7yrs before I sold it to a friend from works brother. I really wish I had that one back.
Second one was a 2000 TJ sport with the 4.0. What a huge improvement in creature comforts over my CJ5 and that 4.0 was and awesome motor. I wish they still used it. Lost custody to that too the X a few years ago.
Most recent is a black 09 2dr Rubicon. Only have about 400miles on it so far but since I purchased the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty we plan on having this one a really LONG time. I told my 6yr she can drive it when she gets her lic. that's if she can pry the keys out of her moms hands.

Congrats. I too have wanted one for a very long time, but once I could afford it, I could not justify the two door - you know, car seats and all. Settled for Cherokees and Grand Cherokees for 15 years. Now that my son is older and the 4 door Unlimited is available, I finally have my first Wrangler.
Remember to wave.

Congrats! This is my third Wrangler--they rock! No doubt you'll enjoy it.
I live just "down the road a piece" near Syracuse, and the 4wd is great.
