OK, Update on the congo cage:
I had it up on the highway today for the first time. Definitely some air flutter noise. Sounds like it is coming from the bars that go up from the front mount to the top.
Nothing overpowering. Probably will be louder with the soft top on. Of course, I could just take it off and put it on when I need it. Problem solved. That will make it more difficult to make a quick get-away w/skiis on top or kayaks on top.
I went into a parking garage with my yack j-racks up there (turned sideways...down position) and whacked the height restriction bar they had set up. Went slow and tried to stay out of the lowest ceiling areas. Took the j-racks off before exiting the lot. Didn't scrape anything. The height restriction was 6' - 3" just to give a general sense about how high up they sit if considering a purchase.
Still happy with them. I can't imagine any rack that makes no noise.

Definitely going to be an issue if I put a 4-1/2" lift on it. At least at that parking lot.

Looks like this thread has been dead for a while. Living in coastal Georgia, I'm very worried about corrosion. I know they provide sealant for all the joints. I'm wondering about taking it further and adding some heat shrink tubing around all the sealed joints.
My thinking is that would help seal out the joints for one. Also, at the bolt locations it would keep the bolt from scarfing up the nice powder coat finish. I suppose one could also apply some of the heat shrink at the places where the mounts for cross bars and cage attachments go.
Anyone that has installed a Congo Cage have any thoughts? Don't want this thing rusting out anytime soon from kayak and surfboards being mounted on it.
Thanks!

I am curious how the soft top will fold back with the cargo rack on. Tried it yet?

Tried it yet? | Not yet but if you take a look at the rear mounts you will see a bolt through a round pivot. The whole rack pivots back and there are special hold up rods that came with the rack to hold it up in front. The rack unbolts in the front, pivots and the rods are inserted. Then the top can be put up or taken down. The whole rack can be removed for long stays in one place. Not a bad system. It looks fully capable of storing the weight limit of 500 pounds. Not sure if I have seen it for this rack or some other but the loaded weight limit on the trail I think is 300 pounds for obvious reasons. I don't think I would want to chance 500 on a rough trail.

2010 JK Unlimited Sport 4WD 6 Sp Deep Water Blue Stock so far... | Sorry it took so long to answer this one. The rack seals well enough with the materials supplied with the rack that rusting should not be a problem. They are very specific in the directions about how to seal the joints to maintain the rust through warranty. If the directions are not followed, no warranty. The sealer is a very strong sealant. The way it is put on not only provides good sealing, it also provides a very positive locking system for the lap joints to prevent them from rattling after assembly. The rack, once mounted will take a pounding from the trail. It weighs approximately 120 lbs as I recall from its shipping weight. Once assembled and up on the jeep, the forces acting on it as you toss about the trail could cause problems with the lap joints. But with the glue supplied and the use as indicated pretty much seal it along the whole length of the joint making it pretty difficult to separate after assembly. This will also make it quiet and solid. I'm also pretty certain that the joints are water tight. I'm happy with how it is performing so far. If one of the lap joints loosens in time, I'll get more of the sealant or use what was left if it is still usable and reseal the joint. From the looks of it I shouldn't have to be doing that any time soon.
I hope this answers your concern about sealing the joints on the rack.

Here is a picture of how I solved my CB antenna location problem once the rack was on the jeep:

I use a rack I bought from JC Whitney. It is a safari style that you can open up to enable soft top to be raised and lowered. It works great for my kayaks and looks cool.

Got a picture of it on your jeep? We like pictures.
What is the load limit on the rack?
Maybe a link to where on the JC Whitney website that has the rack.
I'd like to check it out and I'm sure others on the forum will follow the link as well.
