Thumbs up Oil Change Procedure
New Jeep owner here. I just purchased a 2008 X 3.8 V6. I always change my own oil so I was wondering how difficult it is with a Jeep. Do skid plates need to come off, if the filter easily accessible? Thanks in advance for any helpfull info!

no you don't have to remove any skid plates. and yes the oil filter is easily accessible.
