Used a heat gun. A good hair dryer might work. Start in a corner don't get it to hot and damage the paint but once you get started you will see how hot it needs to be then it just pulls off

Or you can use a razor blade. Tedious work but it does the job as long as you're careful

Yes you can use a razor blade, that's what I tried first, but the amount of time it would of took there is some stuff on a Islander. Also when you use the heat gun it gets off all the glue.

Why would you want to take your stripes off? Yours looks awesome and the stripes are what makes it stand out and be a classic!

If I had a white one like yours, I would left the sun and the strips, but I don't think it goes well with the blue. Also the blue is different and having just the blue with some black I think looks great.

Square headlights should be the only headlights.

not sure what type the crown distributor is, but with a different carb right there installing that will remove a lot of the crap under the hood

on this forum you don't hear negative things about the motorcraft carb, everyone that has one seems to like them. I think they just a simple carb the does the job, Ford has used them in many cars

That's why I don't like my webber. I prefer simplicity!

Miss the jeep went on a road trip with one of my other toys. Won't be home for another week. Vegas here I come! Since getting the jeep I don't use the bikes very often, the jeep takes me where most others can't go.
