FYI "mcseang"
I am totally going to steel your design to use for my own. Where did you get the locking unit, I think our local tractor supply has them and what did you use for the hinge pin, It all looks great!

Hey twin,
I run a 195 in mine and get more than enough heat in some very cold weather. is there a problem with the water flow thru the heater core.
I at one time had a air lock which did not allow correct water flow and was getting very little heat, fixed the problen now get great amount of heat

4wd indicator will not light up. I have tried grounding the vacuum switch by the battery, disconnecting the vacuum line and sucking into to it, verified vacuum lines are intact and made sure the bulb was good...... whats next? replace the vacuum switch on the firewall, or the switch on the transfer case?

Donny, I did read about the problems you had. I am glad no one was hurt or worse. What is Robert going to do for you? I was really impressed with the quality of his bumper and his welding skills, I hope he makes good of it for you as I have referred him to many other jeepers. I am in awe of your jeep build too, perhaps it is the color, your good taste building it or maybe that I am Canadian.
