brake pressure issue

I recently did work to my brakes, I have checked and double checked to see if anything is leaking. It's not. I bled the system and have pressure on the brake pedal when the vehicle is off but when it is running I need to pump it a few times. Any ideas, I think my Master cylinder is bad.

I would replace master cylinder. Probably an internal seal leak.

Also make sure the rear brakes are adjusted correctly that can cause this problem too

Ended up it was the master and there was also a little air in the calipers
