Hooking up my 8.8 brakes and e-brake bracket?

Finalizing my 8.8 install under the YJ. I don't have any of the hard brake lines that were on the 8.8 previously, only the braided stainless steel lines that came with my Rubicon Express kit. That said, I had a few questions.

1. Does anyone have the part numbers for the hard lines on the axle and what else I'll need to hook it to the supply lines that are on my YJ?

2. Does anyone have a step by step picture set on how this installation should go? I've never done a brake job other than pads and rotors.

3. I have the e-Brake cables installed to the axle already that came with my 8.8 rebuild kit, however my old bracket that the lines go to from the Jeep is rusted to the point that I can't get it apart to attach the new lines. I can't seem to find a replacement item number for it. Anyone have a clue? I need the whole bracket and adjustment bolt for the e-brake cables.

I used the Yj distribution block which bolted right on the 8.8, i then made my own 3/16 lines. Pretty simple really. I used two passenger side ford rear brake lines to the calipers so i had female ends to hook the 3/16 line into.

As for the ebrake setup i modified my jeep e brake to work the the explorer e brake bracket stuff i took with the axle from the junk yard.

I have pics of it somewhere if that helps. I'll see if i can track it down...

Thanks for all the help guys.I spoke with eastcoast yesterday and they've got a bolt on kit for $60. Will just glad that.

Can someone post a few pics for me of their setup? Need the following:

- Picture of the connection from the hardline in the back to whatever takes them to the 3-way brake splitter. The more I look at mine, the more I realize that my hardlines might be a problem too.

- A picture of the brake line splitter on the axle itself (where you mounted it and the block itself)

- Those with trusses, how did you run your hardlines on the axle?

Since all I have is the hardlines at this point (and the SS lines that came with my kit), I'm a bit lost as to what else I need. The links were helpful, but I need some up close shots.

Dennis I plan on running my hard lines from the calipers to the center of the third member then I will tie in my flex hose there. Going to start working on it tomorrow and can post pictures then. I am going to take the rubber brake hose off of the passenger side of another explorer rear end and put it on the drivers side caliper. That will do away with the junction point that is on the explorer rear end. Not sure if that is how you are thinking about doing yours or not but I will help answer ant questions if it is.

What I did was order the hard lines from ECGS and mount them with the stock t-fitting from the D35. Welded the line adapter tabs that came with the kit behind the bumpstops. As far as the e-brake setup, I got some brake line fittings and drilled them out so the inner cable could move freely and the outer shell wouldn't and used cable swedges on the inner cable into the stock 2 to 1 cable fitting already in place.

Here they are Denis. I used a right side soft line off another explorer on the left caliper to get away from the double house that the factory used. I wanted my supply line in the middle of the carrier. I used a 20" line for the passenger side and 2 12" lines for the drivers side because I could not find a 24" line.
