I know, but to keep the "bank teller" (wife) handing out $$, you sometimes have to allow "their" changes to the business plan. LMAO

Got the stock 2000 Sierra throttle cable to work just moved it over alil and shortened the cable

And the guy two doors down happens to be an exceptional welder in every type of welding, so I grabbed him two 18 packs for some aluminum and welding it on for me

I installed it after this, I'll get pics tomorrow

Harness is on, intake tube ordered picking up starter bolts when I get off work at 8am, gm dealer gets parts fast and pretty good price usually. Throttle cable was $30 O2 sensors $38 a piece, got maf sensor cheaper at Orielys for 140 I think, with lifetime warranty, just a few wires to hook up n I'll be running this weekend hopefully

Yup, my recommendation is Novak, easy instructions, and puts it in the prefect spot. But whats your question?

With the Danhard heater are you removing all the stock heater? Wasnt sure how much heat theyll put out, your project is coming together very nicley. And on the speed hut gauges do they seem like theyll be a pain to program or fairly straight forward

Old heaters completely out, you run heater hoses to this one and power, just sits in the dash, and the gauges you just push the button on the gauges to change readings

Sorry bud I didn't realize you responded to my question. I docked around and didn't buy motor mounts ( the almighty fabricator that I envision myself as) and now I'm down to 3 days before I go back to work. Can you give me height of the two heater core spouts from the water pump off the frame? That's the only place I can find that may be the same as mine since we have different springs and axles. Mine is even almost with the frame and I had to shove my motor back in the engine bay due to a short sm465 tranny

That sounds like it sits pretty low if they are even with the frame, I'll try to remember in the morning when I get off work, pretty sure mine sit up higher then that, I'll double check

I'm about an inch lower than you but this top load trans is already poking out of the floor about an inch too much. Lol. Letting it ride. The oil pan isn't even close to front drive shaft. As far as I can tell anyways the darn thing is going to be around 3'6"!

Nice, I had to bend my shifter back so it didn't hit the dash in 1st 3rd and 5th, but now its against my leg in second lol, I'll have to put another bend in it, I ordered clutch line tonight, so she might move under her own power this weekend =D

Well drove it, tons of power runs great but in the process of getting the clutch working perfect, the I go out there and push the clutch to the floor, no resistance and no leaks, so idk what's up, maybe more air bubbles

I have a small question, i also did the SOA lift on my 93yj and an axle swap as well. I used a ford 9" rear end out of a 69 bronco. Well my question is, my drive shaft is about 6 inches to short now and the angle seems to be quite steep. what should I use to fix this. A SYE? and longer driveshaft? On the rear diff the yoke is on the lower side of housing so it seems like its a huge drop. please help on this issue.

You shoulda rolled the pinion up and point it towards the transfer case to eliminate angle when you welded spring perches on it but ya she makes a huge deference

Okay here's the update taking the jeep to a local shop, they quoted me $200 for exhaust, which will be 2.5 into a flowmaster 40 and 3" out. and I'm gonna have them use a power bleader in the clutch system to get that air bubble out, so I'll be driving, got a temporary driveshaft on the rear so ordering driveshafts will be the next expense.

New master and slave cylinders, still no clutch pressure, its weird the fluid level rises in the reservoir when you push on the pedal and there's no pressure at all
