A bump is just a post to bring visability to a thread instead of posting something of actual meaning.

Here is a pic of the driver's side door and tailgate. The two tone on the door looks sweet. I have a hardtop that will be raptor lined black. I love this stuff. It is so easy to use.

It is so nice to see this project finally coming together. I ordered the shocks , steering stabilizer, windshield, rock krawler drag link, and scored a lock rite for the front axle. Hopefully I can finish painting the tub and get it back on the frame over the next two weeks. Then...bolt it all back together. I am making a decision on a muffler. My yj is emission exempt...so...no cat. I am looking at a fully welded thrush muffler. No tailpipe. I am gonna run it out the side in front of the rear tire. My goal is to have it complete before Labor Day. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Sounds good. I like the the two tone color scheme and I'm a fan of bedliner. Can't wait to see it completed.

Need to get my hard doors painted in bedliner here sometime. They are the only thing yet needing monstaliner.

That is where my exhaust used to be. I ran it between the spring and the frame and it worked great. I actually got my 90 degree bent pipe in your town when I lived in Houston.

Lock rite installed in the front axle. New windshield glued into the raptor lined windshield frame. It's coming along.

I dropped the front driveshaft off at the shop to have it lengthened to 41 1/2 inches. I swapped in an XJ style front yoke on the tcase to run a cv driveshaft. Because of the lock rite, the front shaft will spin all the time. They are going to balance it as well. I had to order the damn bolts to attach the front and rear cv driveshafts from ECGS. They should arrive today. Those little things were hard to find. My wife is probably going to kill me because a package a day is coming to the house with parts for the final stretch.

Body is in the driveway for final welding of the floor pans and putting it on the frame. Hopefully it will be on there by Sunday!

The tub is back on the frame! It is a beast! It is 8 feet tall. It barely makes it in the garage. There is a 1/4 gap from the top of the cage to the top of the garage door opening. Pics will be posted tomorrow.

All new calipers installed with new pads. Brakes bled. Under hood electrical connections done. I might get to fire her up by this weekend. I need to reinstall the gas tank and hook up the lines. It is coming along fast now.

Plugs, cap, rotor, and wires replaced. Might as well do a tune up while the front clip is off

My rock krawler drag link came in today. Holy heavy duty! It is beefy! I need to get a 9/16 drill bit to drill out the old hole. Time to break out my drill press!

All under hood wiring has been completed. Machine shop called and the front driveshaft is done. $125 to have it lengthened and balanced. Front clip fully installed. Windshield hinges installed. Tomorrow I will get the doors and tailgate installed. If all goes according to plan, Saturday I will install the gas tank and fire it up for the 1st time in a year. I can't wait!!!

All fired up. Been driving it around the neighborhood. I have to work some kinks out in the steering and finish the interior.
