Dude that green is SO sick!!! My favorite color is neon green and I've been debating on keeping my rig blacked out or green and that thing looks super sick. I really like the grill as well makes it look mean...great job it looks awesome I envy it!

Wow, it's been a while since I was on here. Been so busy I haven't had the time to go online much. SO While I have not taken many pictures or have done much more work to the lil monster, I am in the middle of some stuff that I should post.

1. made my own directed sound bar to hang over the seats on the roll bar. It actually worked out really cool. Used PVC pipe with 45 degree elbows. Recessed speakers into the straight part of the tube, then put the elbows on. Hung it and directed the openings toward the seats. This worked out really cool. Not only did it turn out pretty nice, and makes good sound, but the speakers are protected from rain and mud, and you can actually hear the music wen driving down the road and all for under 100 bucks speakers and all. Need to upload the pics to photobucket and get them posted up.

Also, just finished cutting a new power plant for the old girl. Experiencing a bit of blow by pushing some oil out of the top of the valve cover, so the clock started ticking. Rather than wait till I needed a motor, figured what the heck, get started.

Took a 85ish 4.2, wound up cutting it 60 over due to it having been built once before. 8 to 1 pistons, shaved the head a bit, heavier crank, interesting cam, and adding a header. According to the computer program that we plugged all this into, will wind up with around 168 Hp, and in the same neighborhood of torque. Should be a nice difference from my stock tired 4.2. Of course will be adding a bit of green flare to it to make it mine. With a bit of luck, will be poking it under the hood in the next few weeks. With hope before my ACL surgery that I am having to get, cause if not, It will be a bit longer before we can put it in. So we will see.

Next will probably be some Chrom-alloy axels for the front end. Thinking of upgrading to 36 swampers and am thinking it will be a good idea before I experience some crazy failure.

So this should bring us up to date on the project that will probably never end.

Thanks Charlie.. Now for a few more updates...

First, New power Plant. Still on the stand, havent had the time to put it into place yet, old motor still running fine so no rush.

I did aquire some new shoes. 36x12.50.16 swamper radials... Havent been able to try them out yet, but will soon.....muhaaaaa

And today I took out the old RC 4" lift and went SOA with stock springs. Love the new ride and look, but like my new clearance with my Swampers even more. No more rubbing.....

Sorry the pics are so dark, will get better ones later..

And another.

Just realized that I never took a pic of the sound bar, oh well, also note to anyone out there, the above described home made sound bar keeps the speakers safe and dry, but the radio don't like So guess it will be to shop for a new one soon... Meanwhile I will just enjoy the roar of my new tires.....
