M416 Trailer Build

Anyone mind if I add a trailer build here? My goal would be to match it to my 06 Red TJ.

If anyone here has done one of these, I could use trailer build mentor.

I did an M100 to match my JKU at the time.

Before:

During:

After:

New springs and shocks, wiring and lights, and I repaired the original lunette do I could keep the pintle hitch. I also had to fix the hacked tailgate mood.

Having some issues with the paint holding up over the original. And I've since moved on from the Sahara Tan JKU, so I'm going to go with a different color when I repaint it.

We have had this trailer in the family for several years. My dad has had it on the side of his home with dirt in it for about the last 3 years. I have used it on occasion to move stuff and to move dirt.

I recently went and emptied it out....and

so now begins my journey with it.

It's been a few weeks. Saturdays are very expensive real estate. They've been quite full. I got a few hours in today. Some of the bolts on this thing or just killing me. I didn't get as much done as I wanted to. I'm just hoping I'm taking enough pictures and remembering enough to be able to figure out how to put it all back together. And now I'm online looking for places to buy parts.
