I traded my red '08 Rubi, that we had and modded since new, for our Commando Green Rubi last year. I'm still on the fence on wether on not I want an Uras Minor top, a rack with RTT or maybe just a trailer and RTT. I was looking through this thread this time last year before I picked up mine, great thread!

Like the Smittybilt rails also, but at the risk of sounding dumb; what's a REMICON?

My CGJKU

New member. Love looking at everyone's JEEPs and getting ideas/advice. Just finished getting last zipper on rear window 2 days after install. Whew! This baby is tight and still don't have header bar tabs fully locked down (can't, afraid it will break/tear). Looks good though and can't wait for it to finally stretch out more. Next is lift (2.5 TF or AEV) w/33-35 tires and wheels.

Got my Trektop on, mostly. Side window zippers not closed all the way yet. Still too cold.

Removed stock stickers and made my own rubi badge through Illustrator. I searched dafont.com for a while and came out with Morpheus. So far I am pretty happy with it but I could end up changing it out in a month or so.

You'll never believe how happy I am that you posted that picture!
I'm considering that same top myself and was wondering what it would look like, then you just posted it up like you knew I wanted to see it.

How do you like the safari rack? What made you decide on the one you did?

I love it, once I get some lights and a cargo basket up there it will be even better. It's the body armor rack, and it cost $500. I think the Gobi looks better on a jeep, but it is out of my budget. If your looking for a rack and can afford the Gobi go for it, if not the body armor rack is where its at. A few things though, one its heavy(130lbs).
2 there are to ways to install the rear. To the frame its self(which requires either cutting the rear bumper or an aftermarket bumper) or installing it into the sheet metel on the sides.
3 the bolts stick out kinda far and the washers are huge(me being ocd I guess), I plan on getting some sex bolts to fix that.
All in all I love it.

Good looking dog, don't think you'll need a winch with him on board.

I've got two shepherds, I should have renamed mine a Sahairy.
