Not as cool as the desert, but it was still a nice getaway last weekend.

I do wish I had trees and right now rain since the high desert is burning.

Commando Green Powder Coat from Prismatic Powders

I was planning on having some parts powder coated and was stunned to find out that Commando Green didn't exist. Undaunted I contacted Jessie at Prismatic Powders who found a color which was very close out of their stock of 6,500. She did what is called a "Reformulation" to make it match. I had to send her a part of my Jeep which was painted.

If you want something Powder Coated Commando Green you need to contact Jessie at Prismatic Powders (866-774-7628) and she will fix you up...I thank You!!!

God Bless all Commando Green Jeeps!!!

I'm the shorty on the left. My 2.5" lift felt stock compared to 3.5 on 37's. Mine will be there eventually.

Nice! I am a big fan of the matching body/flares/hard top look. Yours looks good debadged with those blacked out 7-spokers. Plasti-dip?

I debaged the Jeep the day I got it. Yes the wheels are plast-dipped, it was quite the process but end in the end I think we'll worth it. Thanks for the compliments.

Before...

And After...

The only change was I had the factory MOAB wheels powder coated matt black. The difference is like night and day, or like brushed aluminum and black...

Same tires. No lift, factory stance. Tires fit inside of the wheel wells. She is my daily driver...

I either need to find some black wheels caps or paint what I have black. I had thought of using the brushed aluminum caps???

The light bar is from Maximus-3. I need some lights to finish it off...

Apparently it is discontinued for 2014. Not sure if they will produce some at the very beginning of their 2014 production or not though I believe this has happened in prior years.

I'm a little late to the game. Picked mine up in December last year and have been having a little fun with it since.

The "Moosicon".....long story.

Love this color!

I love the reflector idea on the front bumper. Are you running 40s?

Thanks guys. I am running 38's. That's not a reflector, I just took the plate that came with the SmittyBilt bumper and painted it the accent orange I am using on the rig.

Took the yearly road trip to UT for Father's Day weekend. Took a drive down the Snow Flat Rd. Went west to east. Never did get into 4, but going the other way, definitely.
