That sounds perfect. I'm wondering what the extra 1.3" will do.

PA residence: Are you guys having issues getting Jeep inspected with the wheels sticking beyond the flares? Should I have a set of wheels to throw on for inspection.
Unfortunately it is a common problem with 33's and 35's on 15" wheels. Even if you get it balanced over time many have to get them balanced again also.

I had balance issues when driving over 60 mph after getting mine but DTD didn't do my balance because I ordered the wheels and tires at a separate time but was done at a quality shop and still had balance issues. Got the Duratrac's 33X12,5X33's with MB Chaos 5's which are the same size wheel as the MB72.

The shop tried to rebalance with no better result. What I ended up having to do is find a local shop that had a Road Force Balance machine which was the local Jeep/Ford dealership. It cost $80 to do all 5 tires but was well worth it because it took care of the balance issue.

Darn, I almost opted for the road force balance when I bought the set, $50. Oh well cross my fingers.

Well, to clarify I'm not running 20 psi. I'm running 25 and the outer lugs only halfway touch the ground when driving. So I'm assuming that at 20 you'd get full tread contact.

However, 20 is getting really low for road use. You start building up a bunch of heat and you also get a lot of body roll and bad handling characteristics in emergency maneuvers so I won't go that low.

So, it looks to me like what's going to happen is that the center tread blocks are going to wear down first and then the outer lugs will start to wear. The center tread will be gone long before the outer tread will.

I do not like 10" wide wheels, so I will not run them. Instead, I'll drop my tire width down to 10.50 next time to match these wheels properly.

Went from a consistent 19.2 to 16.8 with Duratracs over 8000 miles. But..some of that loss is due to Winter fuel. I put the Duratracs on about the time winter fuel started being distributed.

Ordered up the *combo*
Went to the local DTD in Eden Prairie Minnesota and dealt with Dustin. Super nice guy and I hope to think he fixed me a deal. I am getting the five rims/tires Level 8 Trackers with Good Year DuaraTracs. I am Also getting TPMS put into the new tires so that I can hopefully sell my 18 Sahara ones with the TPMS in them as bait, certificates for free replacements etc...
Came to 1865 *puke*
Then 60 bucks back for using my DTD carCare credit, 60 $ duaratrac Discount thru DTD send in rebate, then joined Tread Lightly today to get the 100$ Deal, so another 75 after the rebate. So when all comes together, I paid 1670.... yikes.. but excited.. do we still get the WF discount too *batting eyes**

Yea. Possibly. Those were $175, & of course $20 bucks a tire for free lifetime rotation repair & balance .

The mgr tried to match the dtd price and did then I got suckered into tpms but he sorta made sense that I could sell my sahara rims/tires easier WITH the factory tpms still in there. So I'm hoping to get at least 400/500 outta the mopar rims. Then I will have only paid about a grand & save money when I need new tires. The 18 inch rubber is insane!

That's an awesome deal with everything that is included. The WF member discount only applies to mail order purchases, your local Discount Tire location is not required to give the discount. That said, it never hurts to ask.

Yea Dustins even going to help with getting my factory rims/tires home so that I can try to sell them on Ebay and recoup some of the cost. I will for sure be bringing my TL in to get some 245/35/19's on in the spring.. Customer for life now
