Best looking wheels/tyres with no lift

Morning wrangler lovers. Forgive me for starting a new thread, but I've been searching away, and can't find much info on what i'm looking for.
I've just purchased my first jeep - 2014 unlimited sport. I'm looking to replace the stock 16" steel wheels with some chunkier black rims with bigger tyres.
I'd like you guys' insight into what sort of size rims/tyres I can fit without a lift kit, with no rubbing etc.
Many thanks for your time!

I have always favored a stock approach. Here is my suggestion. U can pick up a set on eBay. Shouldn't need a lift.

second choice and probably a bit cheaper. U could go gloss or flat. Get a silver set on the cheap and paint uself.

18 inch XD Misfits on 305/60/18 Cooper Discoverer St Maxx tires. 3/4 inch spacer up front which raised it up a bit which was only 35 bucks.

Thanks. How far do tires stick out past fender? Looking for minimal.

Guys - thanks for all your insights. I decided on some 17"x9" procomp wheels, which have 4.5" back spacing, so I could fit on 33"x11.5" tyres with no rubbing.

So many people immediately take off their stock rubicon wheels and tires and go bigger. Get on Craigslist and buy a set of take offs. I think they look sweet as is.

With no lift I'd get the willys wheels and tires all day long.

Hi, I am a newbie too - 1st Jeep (JKU 2014) not even delivered yet. Like the look of those 315/70/17's and want to get a second set of wheels for off-road and keep the originals for longer trips , any issues with the speedo, gear changes (mine is to be an auto) etc. with the larger rolling circumference? Anyone know of any issues with the TPMS when you lower the pressures for dirt/mud?

Heres just a little insight from experience 315s are considered 35s they will rub if you do any off roading i would consider 305s 285s or 295s all of those are considered 33s even though they are slightly less. If ur gonna lift 35s are noproblem.AEV procal module will take care of th other issues you mentioned theres other tuners also that will do th same thing.hope that helps hav fun

295/70/17 nitto trail grapplers mounted on 17" pro comp 7069 wheels- no lift yet. Had a bit of rub on the lower front plastic air deflector at full turn. It gave me a good excuse to rip that thing off!
