2.5" Rock Krawler lift with 34" "305/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers
What type tire are you looking at getting and size?
I had 33's for a while and kicked myself for not going to 35's but ended up replacing them with 34's and honestly I haven't had buyers remorse with the size I picked. The Ridge Grappler is a awesome tire. You can get them in a 285/70/17 which is a 33 but a little narrow if your looking for that wide tire look or wanting a larger footprint for out on the trail.
When it comes to getting a lift do it right the first time. Don't buy a cheap lift only to regret it later. I did and had to replace the entire thing a year later as well as my front drive shaft.
After buying a quality lift I have had zero issues and it drives and rides much better.
Nice jeep! I am loving the 285/75 tire size right now. They look like 35s but measure out like 33s. I think I'm going with that exact tire - the Trail Grappler. Thanks for the pic.
So does the front TF springs not handle adding weight? Seems like most posts i see for the TF lift people are adding a spacer puck to compensate for added weight. Thought the spring was supposed to do that?
Based on my research, that would be the teraflex performance leveling kit or the Rancho 2 inch progressive sport lift. I was sold on teraflex for the 2 year run up to buying my jeep, but recently changed my mind and will be pulling the trigger on the Rancho in the next month.
Anyone have there stock jku Sahara springs laying around for sale?
