Beautiful picture! I think Copperhead is at its best in the direct sun. I stayed pretty calm the first 3 weeks after I ordered my Copperhead JKU, but now I am getting antsy.

Put Rubi take-off wheels and tires on my Copperhead Sport. I also bought Rubi shocks and take-off springs.

Compare the last two numbers on the springs before installing them. There is no inherent difference in Rubicon springs.

Signed papers last night for a fully loaded Copperhead JKUR. It's supposed to get delivered to the house Tues or Wed, so hopefully I can post some nice photos in a few days. Until then these less than flattering dealership photos will have to do. Traded in our 2010 Mango Tango JKUS and got a great deal on the new one. Sticker was $45315, bought it for $40480 with the Jeep $500 customer cash coupon, plus TTT and doc fee. Got a pretty decent trade value on the Sahara too. It's got color matched top and fenders, as well as a premium soft top, leather trim, connectivity group, 730N, Auto with remote start, side airbags, Max tow. Only thing I wish it had was 4.10 gears. Oh well. Also, I was kinda peeved that the dealer that had the Jeep thought it needed Sahara side steps instead of the factory rock rails, but my wife is happy. I guess the steps are more practical for crawling the difficult mall parking lot terrain, lol. Yeah, we took our Sahara to the beach and through the mud and muck a good bit, but the reality is it's a daily driver. Until it's at my house, here it is at the dealership 300 miles away.

And some proof we ain't skeered of a little dirt...

Will do... I pretty much got the springs tossed in free with the shocks which I understand are a definite upgrade. Going to get the shocks put on when I get it leveled.

Tom, the new springs were 18/60....my current ones are 17/59. So I might as well toss em on when getting the shocks installed.

It certainly won't hurt, but you will see minimal to no gain.

New axle housings arrived today. Dynatrac ProRock 44 front and ProRock 60 rear. Still about six weeks from delivery since the dealership ordered the wrong color.

Just placed my order for a Copperhead Rubicon X so I figured I can finally make my first post after lurking for awhile. The manual transmission is currently on restriction so it may take a little longer to produce but at least I'm locked in. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I get it within 8 weeks.

Here are my specs...

Sales Code Description
JKJS72 Wrangler Rubicon 4x4
PLB Copperhead Pearl Coat
DEH 6-Speed Manual NSG370 Transmission
23J Rubicon X Package
RHR Uconnect 730 CD/DVD/MP3/HDD/NAV
HAB Air Conditioning w/Auto Temp Control
CJ1 Supplemental Front Seat Side Airbags

Just sharing. I got my Gibson black dual exhaust via Fedex this morning and it took less than an hour to get the old one off and the new one on (figuring it out, of course, took longer than the actual work). Not sure about the look. Like the sound. HUGE tips.

i love the look!!! anyway you could get a sound clip ? im curious as to why they're aren't any exhaust systems available for the jeep with burnt tip look. for those who don't know what im talking about, i mean like the blueish purple looking tips. i had an exhaust system for my previous vehicle with the burn't look and i thought it looked awesome.

Any chance you have a straight-on front view of the bumper? I'm bumper shopping at the moment.

Interesting question. I don't know if this can be real, but I seem to be feeling the transmission shifting a little more, in a good way, I think because I'm hearing the shifts more now. Particularly when approaching a stop and it shifts down, I feel like I'm more aware of it than before. Otherwise, it is a little more fun, but about the same.
