New NM Rubicon

Here's a picture of my new Rubicon. Purchased in NJ, and drove out to NM. Auto with brown leather. It's not as clean at the moment...

Edit: Sorry for the picture rotation. I've tried pre-rotating file, but it still comes out this way.

What is the weight rating on the rack, hardtop option only, not the full rack that goes to the windshield with light bar. Is it higher than the rails screws into the top of the hardtop?

Can you lift up and store the top by the off camber rack?

I want to be able to take my hard top off in the garage by just lifting it up. I know they're are ways to support the top from underneath, just curious.

Thanks!

The MBRP rack will support over 750 lbs and I've seen it with 1000 lbs onit-

The side tubes make handy "handles" for top removal and are convenient for my RACOR HD HOIST-

The only down side of the rack is, when the top comes off--SO DOES THE RACK !!

No, it's not any higher than other racks and another advantage is there are NO HOLES ON TOP, less chance of a leak-I've had mine on for 2˝ years and no leaky !!

I highly recommend it !!

Yesir. She's broken in good. Got some nice scratches on the fender flares - and body but you can't see them, then on the way home, we took an alternate route, which I don't recommend.

My wife and I went Christmas tree "shopping" in the Carson Natl. Forest SE of Taos today. What a nice day. Can't wait to explore more of the forest roads in the region. Found some nice side trails for XC skiing, snowshoeing, mtn. biking and hiking. Oh, and my new MSR snow shoes match the Dozer.

Next on the list: Bedlining the wheels black / dark grey, Bushwacker flat fenders, JKU front springs, new front bumper and a winch.
Looks good! I like the DTs on stock wheels.

The only thing I wish I has done differently was stay with mud terrains and gone with 33x12.50 instead of 295/70 17s. Good thing is the tires will wear out. Not a huge loss.
