ID:	1270473 so we've had these these kayaks for years...but the jeep is only a year old...so this was the first time putting them up on the jeep...I was a little unsure how they would ride up there...AND IT WAS PERFECT! So much easier than any other vehicle we've ever put them on...simple to tie down and secure...it's all good. :-)

Looks good! You fish with those? Where's the paddles? I've wanted to try the same with my one kayak but I'd need to remove at least two hella lights from my light bar, lol.

Haven't fished with them in a long time... and I showed the paddles in the back seat (my paddles all split into two pieces, so they're not too long). You can also just put the paddles in the front hatch of the kayaks....

Don't kayaks get wet anyway? How does rain scare a kayak?

Thanks for the pic. It's motivation now to do the same. My worry won't be the rain but dust. There's a lake I've been wanting to see but it's up a logging road.

We were a little worried about getting caught in the rain, but it worked out! :-) Funny thing, I got caught topless today....heh. Fortunately I was only a mile or so from home.....

I just got my Kayak a few weeks ago with Dicks Sporting Goods sale. A towel and some ratchet straps are all I needed to secure it. Had some vibration on the interstate coming home from the store but if you twist the strap it keeps it from vibrating in the wind.
