Help me decide - grill look?

Hi all - please weigh in with your choice from the two pics below. WITH grill inserts and light bezel or WITHOUT? Thanks everyone.

I like it both ways but since we are voting...WITH
I would wear it like fashion...wear it awhile and when I got tired of it, then go naked

Without. Keep in mind that the inserts may vibrate over time and with friction, damage the paint where they rub. So if you want to take them out, there will be some imperfections. Ask me how I found out...

Dipped the grill matte black. Added a gloss jeep logo and then added mesh grill inserts.

glad you said that...I was debating on the inserts or a mesh or metal grid behind the grill...you just made up my mind for me

Be careful with some of the mesh grill inserts off eBay do not buy the ones with the zip ties and blocks, pour design and will eventually fall off and come undone

What about no headlight bezels but keep the grill inserts?

I've got the grill inserts and like the way they look BUT am going to replace them with the "behind the grill" type. My reason is that I'm planning on modding my grill with a wrap. As far as the lights if you keep the inserts or go with a black behind the grill type I would go with the black bezels. If you go chrome behind the grill then go chrome bezels. IMHO.
The picture is what I'm going to. The subdued black. The colored 1 is just to show design

Agreed on the chrome. Just threw that out as an option. I'm a "chrome don't get you home" person and money can be spent elsewhere.

I had the opening painted black to match the appearance of having the inserts. And will be doing the behind the grille mesh mod.

We just got our new Jeep this past weekend and its our first Jeep. Not trying to high jack your thread but I noticed very quickly that I would like to add some type of grill inserts with screen to protect the a/c condenser and radiator. Are there inserts that any of you can recommend?
