Talking Ladies - Show Me Your Girl Jeeps!

Ok ladies, looking for some inspiration and ideas. Show me what you have! Give details (ie lift, tires, wheels, gears, lockers, carriers, bumpers, other important stuff as you see fit).

I have a whole spreadsheet worth of parts that I need to pick lol and want to see what everyone else has done.

Any girls running big tires (35 or more) especially - curious to see what you have. But all are welcome!

Hey MMC!

My jeep is a boy jeep. Does that count? He's Celticon.

He started life as a Freedom Edition (Oscar Mike). So far I've:

Functional mods:
Replaced the front bumper with Rampage full width recovery
TeraFlex 2.5" coil lift with Rancho 9000xl shocks
15" MBTKO wheels with 33" DuraTracs
ACE rock sliders and rear cargo basket
GraBars front grab handles
Rebel off-road front and rear grab straps
AEV Procal
Antenna X 13"
MagLite with under seat mount
Rugged Ridge fire extinguisher rollbar mount with extinguisher
RAM Mount no drill seat rail mount for iPad and iPhone
Mirror drill mod
Rugged Ridge grill insert

Esthetic mods:
Removed all Oscar Mike badging
Removed OEM taillight guards
Swapped body matched fender flares for stock black flares
Added Celticon decals (black reflective vinyl) in rubicon location on hood
Added triquetra decals (black reflective vinyl) to replace Oscar Mike chrome badge
Added triquetra decal (black reflective vinyl) to hood to replace Oscar Mike star
Replaced stock wrangler and unlimited decals with black reflective vinyl decals
Painted gas filler cap screws black

To be done:
I have a hitch waiting to be installed.
I have all the parts to extend my breather tubes.
I have the rustoleum high heat paint to paint my muffler.
I have the grommets and paracord to mod my jeep seat towel so it will stop coming off.

Wanted, but not purchased yet:
SpiderWebShade
New sound system
Paddy Wagon windshield banner

You've probably seen me talk about all this stuff before anyway.

More pictures and details in my build thread.

I hope this is what you were looking for!

Sure, My husband fabbed up brackets for a CJ mirror conversion. This is a mod that I had been begging for and a long time coming. Finally got rid of the plastic monkey ears!

Dry Fit:

This is the "Money Shot"!!!!!

Painted and installed. This is by far one of my favorite mods! Gained full visability on the passengers side, lost a little on the drivers side with the soft doors but all in all, much better than the relocation kit of the stock mirrors.

Truth. Both my Lunatic (LOL!) and my son (both are members here) have Jeeps. The son doesn't have quite the disposable income that I do so I will out-mom-Jeep him eventually once we start my build. But I would be hard pressed to even be on par with the Lunatic - he rocks a Hemi and some bigger tires than I think I would ever even consider! (Hey-can a supercharger on my 3.6 get me close? LOL!!!!!) So I will be middle-Jeep. Soon. Very soon. I just need to find my perfect niche. Right now I am just the stock girl Jeep. But girls GROW UP!

Starbrite-I like the look of the front bumper. I will consider that - haven't decided what width I want to go yet. And I absolutely love the color!

RubiChick-did you have to do anything else to go to a 3.5 lift? I like that look. What gearing do you have?

hbgirl: How do you like the 4.56 with those tires? Those are a "close to" 35 right? I thought about lettering my hood NCC-1701 and going with 7of9 (half human, half machine, breaking from the collective - fitting for a Jeep!)

BlkOps: I drool in no less than a dozen different ways! That must've been one helluva minivan LOL!

Jillsjeeps: I really like the doors!

Slappy32-this is a case of "what has PA plates - stays in PA". Do NOT send it anywhere near Phoenix LOL!

Any more ladies out there wanna show their stuff?

Couldn't be happier. Before the re-gear (I had 3.73's), after I went up to the 35" Duratracs, there was definite power loss. Where I noticed it the most was on my 5-hour (and back) drives every other weekend; anytime I'd come up on even the slightest incline, I'd watch my speedo go from 70 to 60 (and below) immediately. And there was no point in using cruise control, the Jeep would go into overdrive every incline just to keep up with the set speed.

Love the Star Trek refs; I think that's a great idea.

Thank you. For full disclosure, my husband has done all the work on this Jeep with the exception of the powder coating and Rhino Lining. We both had Jeeps before we met and have had several together but went Jeepless for several years to finish raising 5 kids (the minivan period).

I have done all the research, design, and parts selections but he does the actual work. I do help him when I can but it usually consists of holding the dumb end of the tape measure or handing him something while he’s under the Jeep.

And since this is a girls Jeep thread ... I'll add a proud mama shot of my twin daughters and their own (still pretty stock) Jeeps!

Love this!

And my husband has installed a lot of the mods on my Jeep, too. I've done all the research and mod selections, and my share of installs when he was deployed, but it's definitely been a joint effort for the most part. He enjoys it as much as I do, which makes it fun. Still can't talk him into trading his truck in for a Jeep though.

It's the dark cherry. I LOVE it. Never saw it before but of course as soon as I got mine I see them all over.

They are XD Addicts. I had a different wheel picked out but the shop that does our vehicles showed me this one in person and I fell in love.

Hello Ladies! I've have not done any mods to mine yet besides an Antenna X and a few security accessories: Mopar hood lock, Tuffy Security Deck and a locking gas cap. I picked up my favorite vehicle of all time at the end of November and have over 4,000 miles of smiles on it. A Spider Web Shade and Safari Straps are sitting in my dining room waiting to get put on if/when it ever gets warm again. Temperatures did spike up into the high 60’s last Saturday and I just could not wait any longer to tinker. After watching a couple YouTube videos and researching a bunch on this forum (of course!), I dropped the soft top for the very first time, took a nice ride in the sun and then put it all back together before dark...all by myself! Cold temps returned the next day. I love seeing the Girl Jeeps!!!
