I love the look of having big tires with small gaps in the wheel wells

First Jeep ever to be able to run 35's with no lift. ANOTHER reason to get the JK

Here's an anvil 10A I saw after a day at the trail. It has 37s. Don't know if it had a lift, but probably.

For everyone who ran the stock suspension and cut/flat fenders with 35s.. Did you NEED to cut the rock rails in order to fit the new tires? I plan on running 315 70 17 bfg at ta ko tires

I had to yes, it isn't like it would rub all the time but one good bump and it would hit.

From what I've read it depends on the year of your Jeep.

2011 and prior you had to trim the pinch seam and rock rails.

2012 and newer were already trimmed.

I had to trim on my 2011. cut about 1.5" off the rails and seam.

Subscribed... I'm planning on 35 nitto trail grapplers, TF leveling kit, wheels spacers so I can use factory wheels. While I'm waiting keep the pics coming.

How do you guys like the Hurricanes? Are they durable? I've heard they aren't the strongest?

Wondering that too. Not to many reviews out there yet. I love the way they look but until I hear the quality is there, I won't pull the trigger.

Nice!

I've got a TeraFlex Performance leveling kit and chopped factory flares right now.
I'm currently running 33/12.5/15's.
35's are in my near future.

37x13.5R17's Smitty flat fenders, 3/4" puck up front to level it out. I ran it like this for about a year or so, some slight LCA rub at full lock with the 13.5" wide Toyo's

I think I will be running MCE flat fenders and 35's. I just don't want to mess with the stock steering or geometry like I did on my last JKU.

I have been debating this same set up, or just run the RK stock mod. Money wise, besides the smittybilts, flat fenders are as much or more than a lift. I just bought 5 Method Standards with 4.5" backspacing. Now time to buy some Duratracs, and decide which route to go. I'll definitely be watching this thread for everyone's experiences.
